This was my first year having to see out another rental when I had to change the dates of my previous vacation week unexpectedly. This can be a daunting process when you're unsure if you will find anything at all; let alone a property with a responsive owner who has integrity and wants to ensure that you are happy with the investment for your vacation. Tom was not only responsive, but communicative, descriptive and accommodating. The rental itself is renovated with charm, essentials that provide convenience with surprising privacy within the community of other houses. I have three children under the age of 11 so having space, cleanliness and efficiency is key when traveling. It's conveniently located near Orleans, Brewster and conveniences without a long travel. This rental and Tom's professionalism provided for a fun, convenient, clean and reliable accommodation. I would recommend this rental again! show more show less

I absolutely love this cottage. Very cozy , clean , recently remodeled. Excellent location right off the main drive (RT-6A ) and close to everything you want to do in the Brewster area. It has all the comforts of home to come back to after a long day out on the cape. My entire family has been coming up to the cape now for over 30 years and we always try new places to stay . After finding this gem I think we can now say that if it's available we're booking it no question about it. Tom the owner was very helpful and attentive to questions prior to booking ( no issues arose during our stay) . I would definitely consider this rental if you're looking to stay in the Brewster area 5 stars id give more if I could show more show less

The house is beautiful, fully renovated, and had all the charm of a traditional Cape Cod cottage. We had three adults in the house and appreciated the well appointed kitchen, the comfortable seating space in the living room and the quiet neighborhood. The house was perfectly clean when we arrived and Tom was quick to respond to our one quick question. The outdoor eating space was lovely as well. The location was great… next to the bike trail, near the beaches and fun restaurants. We really enjoyed exploring the area and coming back to this cozy cottage to relax at the end of each day. We will definitely rent again on our next trip to the Cape.
