Relax at this beautifully updated cottage just 1/10 mi to Cape Cod Rail Trail and 1 mile to Brewster's amazing beaches.

This cozy vacation home will be a relaxing place to spend time while you return from riding a bike on the CCRT or strolling the miles of sand on the famous Brewster Flats. The main bedroom has a queen bed, desk and shelves perfect for finishing that email. The second bedroom has two twin beds (great space for kids). Additionally, this cottage has an eat-in kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, and a full size fridge.

There's a porch in front and a deck out back where you can bbq and eat or relax. Escape the heat with central A/C, or have a refreshing outdoor shower when you come back from the beaches.

There's a dedicated parking space for two vehicles (tandem). Come enjoy the quiet side of the lower Cape!

    I live in Massachusetts near Boston and purchased the property in 2019 as a place to spend time with my kids. I've done considerable updates to the property and am looking to share the place in order to meet some of the annual expenses.

    What is special about this property?
    I enjoy being close to the CCRT (Cape Cod Rail Trail) which brings you to lakes, nearby towns, and the bayside beaches. The cottage is a quiet place to relax and has all the modern amenities that helps make spending time here easy and fun.

    What is special about your town?
    Brewster is a town on the Cape that is committed to conservation, and as a result there is so much natural beauty nearby. It's a much quieter experience than the hustle and bustle near Rte 28, but still has great restaurants and even better local clam shacks and ice cream parlors. Ocean's Edge Resort is very close too and they offer great restaurants and a golf course.
