The Sand Dollar is a fully renovated cape-style home on a low-traffic street. Offers three bedrooms and 2 baths that sleep up to 7 people and is conveniently located near all that Brewster has to offer. This is my first year using WNAV. Last two years house was rented through Delmar.

The first floor offers a full-size bed that adjoins a full bath. There is a newly remodeled kitchen with all new appliances including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, blender, coffee maker, insta-pot, and crockpot. The dining room offers seating for 6-8 at a farmhouse-style table. The living room has seating for 7, flat-screen Roku smart TV with cable, and a gas stove.

Upstairs offers two large bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower: One room with a King-size bed and extra seating for one and a flat-screen smart TV with Roku. The other bedroom has three twin beds and flat-screen smart TV.

The home is equipped with wifi, Xfinity Cable, heat, A/C units, a washer, and a dryer. The open yard is level and has ample parking and enough room for a boat trailer. The sliding door leads to an open deck with an outdoor grill and a small table for two for morning coffee. A large picnic table is available in the backyard and an outdoor shower.

Take a hike and swim at Nickerson State Park (2.1miles), and go see Breakwater Beach at low tide (2.7 miles), for the musical and theatrical lovers Cape Rep Theater (3.4 miles) offers some amazing plays/musicals, Cape Cod Rail Trail (1.5 miles) for a bike ride, Captain's golf course (1.8 miles) for the golf lover, Long Pond (1 mile), Brewster's General store has been the ''Heart of Brewster'' since 1866 (2.3 miles), Chatham Light (7 miles) and Nauset Beach (6.7 miles). Provincetown (24 miles).
