This Cape home is located in the desirable Sheep Pond Estates neighborhood and only a 5 minute walk to private beach on Sheep Pond.

It is a comfortable 4 bedroom, 2 bath home. The largest bedroom has a King size bed; 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds and Twin size beds and the 4th bedroom has just a Queen size bed.

Living room cozy and comfortable; the kitchen and dining area open out with a slider to the deck and a large open back yard for outdoor meals and enjoyment.

This family friendly home has AC in the bedrooms, high speed Internet, and a large, private backyard with a deck, outdoor shower and gas grill. Pet friendly for one dog.

Sheep Pond Beach access is included; this beautiful 150 acres pond offers great swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, canoeing. The home is 4.2 miles (10 minute drive) to Cape Cod Bay, 9.3 miles (20 minute drive) to Nauset Beach, and 13 miles (20 minute drive) to Coast Guard Beach.

The neighborhood is quiet and safe and enjoyable to walk in and is a short drive to the Rail Trail and bike rentals.
The Summer weekly rental is Friday to Friday.

    Amy and her husband Rick are happy to share their Sheep Pond home with other guests who appreciate the special beauty of the pond and the peaceful surrounding neighborhood. For the last 10 years Amy and Rick have run 2 other vacation rentals off the Cape and find satisfaction in providing an enjoyable vacation space for travelers.

    What is special about this property?
    The neighborhood is quiet and safe and great for walking. The close proximity to a private beach at Sheep Pond, a beautiful spring fed lake which is perfect for relaxing and swimming, paddle boarding etc.
    The home has been in our family for many years and we have had wonderful times enjoying the spacious and private back yard gathering with our family and friends.

    What is special about your town?
    Brewster is centrally located on the Cape and it is easy to get to all of the bay beaches as well as to the Atlantic.
