Ocean Edge is a beautifully maintained property in centrally located Brewster. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this nicely appointed Cape Cod escape situated on a golf course with access to resort amenities. Beautiful beaches are within a 10 minute drive. The Cape Cod Rail Trail and Nickerson State Park are within walking distance. The lower Cape has the best restaurant scene and plenty of nearby shopping; you will never run out of family friendly activities.

This cozy modern townhouse comfortably sleeps 6. The first floor king bedroom is located next to a full bathroom. The first floor also has an open kitchen, dining and living area with a patio and yard. The shed on the patio has beach chairs, toys and games. The second level bedroom has a loft feel with a full bathroom. The second floor bedroom sleeps 3 -4 guests comfortably in a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a futon. Linens are available for $150 fee.

Guests have private access to the entire townhouse with shared access to the back lawn. The back patio and entrances are private. The neighborhood is a safe community that is great for walking or riding bikes, with proximity to multiple family friendly activities. There is ample street parking and access to the Ocean Edge shuttle with the sponsored guest pass. The shuttle has multiple stops throughout the property and will take you to Crosby Landing Beach to enjoy a beach day or sunset on the Brewster Flats on Cape Cod Bay.

You have access to be a sponsored guest at Ocean Edge for an additional fee. Guest cards must be kept with you at all times as they represent your identification as a guest of a member and serve as your access key for the Club.
The Sponsored Guest Cards that you will be provided are encoded with your name, local address and dates of stay that the member has previously submitted to Membership Services. Additional guest cards will not be issued without the expressed authorization of the member, and only guests with proper credentials will be permitted access to the Club amenities. Each guest must present a valid guest card for entry into the Club recreational amenities.

Sponsored Guest Passes include access to Arbor and Fletcher Pools, Fletcher Cardio Center, and scheduled Children's Activities throughout the Villages as listed in the Ocean Edge Activities Guide.
**Please note the Membership Desk does not accept cash, and a credit card is required for payment of passes. Sponsored Guests DO NOT have charging privileges and must carry a form of payment for purchases made throughout the property.

Guests may pick up their Sponsored Guest Passes at the Membership Desk located inside the Linx Clubhouse across from Arbor Village. The Membership Desk is open Tuesday thru Sunday between 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
