This tastefully decorated fully air-conditioned B-style townhouse located at the entrance of Billington Village is a short walk to Arbor pool and features newer carpeting and paint. The primary bedroom is located on the first floor and offers a king bed (new 2018), TV and AC with a full bathroom just outside the door. A straight staircase leads up to the open loft bedroom which offers a queen plus 2 twin beds, TV, AC and its own private bath. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is seating for 6 in the dining area. The comfortable living area has a flat screen TV. Sliders off the living room lead to the patio which is outfitted with an outdoor dining set and a charcoal grill. Other amenities include: washer/dryer (new 2017)  and WIFI Internet.

Smoking is not permitted. Tenants are not allowed to bring pets. Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are not provided.
