Welcome to Sand Hill House! Escape to the beauty of Cape Cod with a stay at this lovely 3 bedroom/3.5 bathroom home in the heart of Brewster. The location is unbeatable, giving you full access to 8 of our most beloved Brewster bay beaches and the Brewster Flats.

Inside the main house there are two living areas, a lovely dining room, and a full size eat-in kitchen. Upstairs there are three wonderful bedrooms, including a large primary bedroom with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Kids will love the twin bedroom across the hall with plenty of space to play, while adults can rest easy in the queen size bed found in the third bedroom. The full guest bath is located across the hall.

An additional living space can be found in the basement, where you will find a full bath, a kitchen efficiency, and a pair of twin beds in an open lounge area designed for games and movie watching. Log into your accounts and stream favorite shows on the flatscreen smart TV while dinner simmers in the well-equipped kitchen.

Outside you'll love the large outdoor shower, the grassy area for games and the gas grill for BBQs. Enjoy after-dinner drinks around the fire pit for s'mores under the stars. Added perks include washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, and central air-conditioning. Linens/towels,/beach towels are provided at an additional charge by Cape Cod Linen Rental.

With easy access to both 6A and Route 6, you'll be near shopping, fine restaurants, museums, galleries, Cape Cod Bay, 2 golf courses, the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Nickerson State Park, and the towns of Orleans, Harwich, and Chatham. The Cape Cod Bike Trail is less than a mile and a half away. If you are in the mood to dine out there are some delicious eats at The Brewster Fish House, Guapo's Tortilla Shack, and Chillingsworth, which are all nearby. Most importantly Paine’s Creek Beach is 1.7 miles away and Breakwater Beach 2.0 mile. Your toes will be in the sand in no time!
