Enjoy your time away in this spacious home in Brewster that is 1.5 miles away from Paine's Creek Beach, and Cape Cod Bike Trail. You can walk to the Lemon Tree shops. The location has easy access to both 6 A and 6, you'll be near the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, fine restaurants, and close to Nickerson State Park.

The home is nicely decorated with new furnishings, fresh paint, and new improvements around every corner. This home sleeps six- seven people and offers three bedrooms and one bathroom. All bedrooms are on the first floor with two twin beds in the first, a full bed in the second, and a king bed in the third bedroom. Fully-equipped kitchen with coffee-maker and a toaster oven that opens into a spacious living room area. You can enjoy a private yard and deck equipped with a gas grill for enjoying a family BBQ during your stay. There's an outdoor shower to enjoy after a full day at the beach and washer/dryer for your convenience. We live in a quiet neighborhood so you have your privacy but close to beaches to see the beautiful sunsets.

We provide four beach chairs & umbrella, beach towels and lawn games. Sheets are included so you can walk in and enjoy! We do have A/C's so house stays cool in hot days. No smoking.

    Anniversary Weekend in Brewster

    My wife and I enjoyed a relaxing weekend in Brewster for our 17th wedding anniversary. Our stay at this property was absolutely perfect! The home was comfortable and had all the needed amenities! We especially appreciated the festive decorations that provided a homey feel. The locations was nearby to the beach and some great restaurants. We plan to book the property in the future.

    Cozy Cottage

    We had such a wonderful time at this cute little Brewster cottage. It was so hard to leave and go back to reality. The cottage is well-maintained, clean, and stocked with everything you could need. The beds are comfy, the outdoor shower is awesome, and the deck is the perfect place to relax and read a book. Patty provides you with plenty of information prior to your trip so you know what to bring, what to leave at home, and what to expect. You're close to beaches, shopping, and plenty of great restaurants. It was the perfect place for our vacation! show more show less

    Great House and location!

    If you like a nice quiet setting on the cape, this is the place! So cozy and relaxing, with a cup of coffee on the back deck overlooking the beautiful landscape. Loved the outdoor shower! Just a short drive to a very beautiful beach, away from the crowds and traffic. Pack your bags and relax! Can't wait to go back!

    Charming home in a great location

    I visited this adorable Cape house back in the Spring and will definitely plan to stay there again. The house has everything you need including an outdoor shower... a must on the Cape!!! The house is in a great location close to all that Brewster has to offer... great restaurants, beaches, Grist mill and shopping. I wouldn't hesitate recommending this property.     Thank you for your interest in our home. I have been vacationing at the Cape since a child. We love Brewster and all that it has to offer. Close to the Lemon Tree Shops and short drive to the the beaches and bike path and hiking trails. Our home is very comfortable and has all the amenities needed to sit back and relax with family & friends. Come and stay and enjoy the salty air and relax!
