The interior rooms are light and bright throughout, particularly the three season sunroom which looks out on the lush backyard and offers sunset views as well .  The home is in a peaceful location, yet convenient to both 6A and Rt 6, and close to Sheep Pond, Long Pond, golf courses, Nickerson State Park, and those beautiful Bay beaches.
The property has brand new furniture, the kitchen is not shown, since it is under construction . You will find brand new appliances, new cabinets and you will be happy as to how well equipped the kitchen will be.
 The owners have plans for an outdoor table and chairs,  and fire pit for your summer vacation of 2024!

Here are a few highlights about the town of Brewster:
Enjoy the Cape Cod Rail Trail, countless miles for biking and walking. Bike rentals are available in Brewster.
Explore the famous Brewster Flats at low tide.
Enjoy magnificent sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. Make sure to visit Nickerson State Park with hiking trails and two kettle ponds with kayak and paddle board rentals.
Public golf is also available at the Captains Golf Course , a 36-hole Public course in Brewster. Take in a baseball game by the renowned Cape  Cod Summer league. 


There are many things to do in Brewster, do not miss the old-fashioned Brewster Store, JT's Seafood restaurant, Cobie's restaurant for casual beachy food.
