Enjoy your Cape Cod vacation in Brewster, MA by staying in a cozy and bright condo unit. The unit itself is overlooking hole #12 on a beautiful golf course, owned by well-known Ocean Edge Resort. Lined with plenty of trees there is privacy and quietness, perfect for sitting on the outdoor balcony underneath the stars with a relaxing glass of wine.
Part of a country club, you have access to multiple indoor/outdoor swimming pools, gym, saunas, hot tubs, golf course, and restaurants for a small fee.
About the space:
Come and fall in love with this bright and airy, modern, spacious 1 Bedroom condo unit on 2nd floor. Has 1 queen bed, dressers, makeup vanity, private bathroom with shower, full living room, full kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cleaning products, fridge, toaster, all the kitchenware you need, and coffee/tea maker. Linens are included. Laundry washer/dryer to do light laundry are included with basic detergent.
There’s also a private balcony, pull-out sectional sofa that sleeps up to 2 guests, so the unit can sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Extra blankets and pillows are provided. There are no extra beds provided. If you decide to bring an extra child for an add-on, you must bring an air mattress, travel pack, or crib and there will be an extra person charge.
There are 2 smart TVs with streaming services included and WIFI. WIFI is strong. Cell phone service is spotty. If planning to work remotely, I advise to join conference calls via your computer. Turn on the setting to take calls via WiFi on your phone too. That helps a lot, especially if you have an iPhone.
Also, an iron set, hair dryer, bath essentials, such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath towels, beach chairs, sunscreen, bug spray, and beach towels are provided. Extra towels, blankets, and pillows are provided. We however ask that you try to air dry towels as much as possible.
There are charcoal grills shared with other owners with a picnic table outside to the right of the building. The charcoal is not provided so please plan accordingly.
Country Club Pass:
There are 3 swimming pools. 1 is indoors open year round, 2 are outdoors, and 1 has a pool bar. All 3 pools have lounge chairs, umbrellas, pool towels, and hot tubs. There is a sauna and locker room at one. A full gym is available and there are fitness classes for an add-on. Kayak and bike rentals are available for an add-on. There are outdoor tennis courts you can rent. Basketball, volleyball, and pickleball courts as well. Bikes are not allowed inside the unit. They can be locked in the bike racks by the parking lot at owner's discretion.
Also included in the country club pass is a shuttle bus that comes every 10-15 minutes that will bring you to the Ocean Edge Resort where there are restaurants, bars, and other amenities you can use. The shuttle bus only operates during peak season. For any special pick ups or inquiries, please contact Ocean Edge directly. I have no control over the schedule and am not liable for inaccuracy of information. Pool attendants can also assist in getting a shuttle.
Country club access to the pools, gym, shuttle, locker rooms, and saunas are not included in the price. You must message me to coordinate me in advance so I can prepare with Ocean Edge and send you pass pick up instructions. You would pay for the passes via credit card directly with Ocean Edge upon arrival.

Golf course access is available to renters to play golf in the off season. This is a golfer's haven! Long term rentals are available. Please inquire. Golf passes are not included in the rates.
Off Season: before MDW and after LDW. Resort passes are not required to play golf.

You must tell me if you want to play golf so I can approve your sponsored pass. You’ll then need to contact the Ocean Edge Golf Pro Shop for reservations or inquiries.
Please note that this is a Nicklaus golf course and is not open to the public. Only Ocean Edge resort guests and sponsored guests can use this golf course. These prices are cheaper than rates offered to their resort guests.
Winter Reservations: March & early April:
- There’s no furniture on the balcony this time of year.
- most restaurants and bars are open, but may have limited hours. Please look at websites or call first.
- the closet in the bedroom will be locked and not accessible for use. But the dressers will be available for unpacking and there are hooks to hang things. This is only true for the off-season
- since it’s the off-season, many amenities, such as beach essentials and outdoor pools will be closed. However the indoor pool with sauna and hot tub are open year round.
