New to Rental Market! The rental is located at Brewster Green Resort on Lund Farm Way in Brewster, one of the time-share condominiums at the resort. This is a separate single floor building with its own parking area. The unit contains two bedrooms, two baths, kitchen with breakfast nook, and family room area with a dining table that seats six, couch & chairs, and a smart TV with cable and WiFi. The unit contains a heating & air conditioning system. Bedding and towels are also provided.

The kitchen includes a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, dishware, glassware and cooking utensils. A washer & dryer are located in a closet in a nearby hallway.

Checking in/out is at the clubhouse. Facilities at the clubhouse include a heated swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, exercise room, game room and reading/TV room.

A common area in the center of the resort includes an outside pool, tennis/pickleball court, jungle gym and a shuffleboard court.

Brewster beaches are a short drive from the resort. No beach parking permits are required at the time of this rental. Linnell Landing Beach is a 1.3 mile drive. Ellis Landing Beach is a 1.6 mile drive. There are other beaches within a few files of the resort.

If you like biking or running, the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a paved path that covers 27 miles, can be accessed at a point 1.3 miles from the resort. The Rail Trail runs from the town of Dennis to Wellfleet.

There are a number of restaurants nearby. The resort staff at the clubhouse can help with recommendations. There are three grocery stores between 3 & 5 miles away. read more show less
