Updates throughout including fresh paint, renovated kitchen with quartz countertops and new appliances, renovated bathroom with marble vanity and tile floor, and new washer and dryer in unfinished basement.

Has all of the necessary essentials including Kitchen amenities (coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, dishwasher, etc.), charcoal grill, and fire pit. Spare sheets are available for all of the beds.

Stop & Shop, CVS, Dunkin'' Donuts, gas station, restaurants, and shops all within very short walking distance.

    I am a travel nurse and was looking for housing on cape. I stayed here from May to November and the host was fantastic — any issue or question we had (rarely an issue!) he was so quick to address it. A very clean and safely redone house — I feel like many people re-do old cape houses and it looks like lipstick on a pig. This is the real deal, great quality and so cozy. The screened in porch and large lawn with fire pit and outdoor shower make this a perfect family getaway! So much to do in this location, close to a cute beach, downtown Harwich port, and very close to Chatham and Brewster. Conveniently right next to stop and shop as well. It was hard to leave this place!! Would've rented indefinitely if I was moving to cape permanently. show more show less
