This classic beach cottage built in 1925 has been recently renovated top to bottom with modern luxuries throughout. Quintessential cottage feel with contemporary designer finishes. Located in the quaint town of Harwich Port, just steps to private Wyndemere Bluffs Beach.

Living room has comfy seating, large TV over the fireplace, and a table for game and puzzles. The gorgeous kitchen has all the amenities you will need, including new stainless steel appliances and convenient washer and dryer. There is a 1/2 bath on the main floor and outdoor shower.

Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms, all decorated in nautical themes (wave room, seaweed room, buoy room, and whale room) and a full bath with tub. All linens, beach towels, and beach chairs are included with the rental. There is ample parking that allows for 4 vehicles.

There are bikes on the property that can be used with signed bike waiver. You can take a quick stroll or bike ride to all the shops and restaurants in downtown Harwich Port. You will enjoy relaxing in the evening or having your morning coffee on the lovely screened front porch. Situated on a large lot with a spacious back yard, perfect for playing games like croquet, and a large back deck with BBQ grill and round dining table for dinners outdoors.

    A dream vacation!

    Our family just returned from an absolutely wonderful escape to this beautiful cottage. Updated so tastefully, and bright with a good hint of chic, but completely maintaining the true charm of it's heart as a Cape Cod cottage.

    The location is exceptional, beautiful little neighborhood, wonderful to walk and bike through, and a 2 minute walk to the ocean. Made some beautiful memories here, which we are so thankful for!

    Born and raised in Springfield Massachusetts, I moved to Colorado in 1997. I have lived in beautiful places such as Boulder, Telluride, and Breckenridge and settled in the lovely small city of Louisville in 2009. I am a Realtor with the Compass Boulder office in Colorado and also with Kinlin Grover Compass here on the Cape. I have two teenagers currently in high school in Colorado, and we travel back and forth quite a lot to be close to family and enjoy as much time as possible at the cottage in Harwich Port.

    What is special about this property?
    It has always been a dream of mine to own a home on the Cape and be closer to family and spend time at the beach. When I purchased this home it was a seasonal beach cottage, which I fully renovated, including adding a foundation, and turned it into a year-round home. My goal was to keep the original character of the home as it has a quintessential Cape Cod feel, while adding modern conveniences and amenities. This has been such a happy place for my family to spend time and connect.

    What is special about your town?
    The cottage is ideally situated within the private Wyndemere Bluffs beach association. There is nothing better than being just steps to the beach for: your morning walk or run, the convenience of heading back to the house during beach days for lunch and the stroll down in the evening to watch the beautiful sunset. We also love walking or riding bikes into town for dinner, and having the option to stroll back after meeting friends for drinks at our favorite Harwich Port watering holes. This location is close to everything, including CVS, the post office and hardware store. The quaint Harwich Port downtown area has wonderful local shops and restaurants, including the famous Sundae School ice cream shop. It is a quick drive or bike ride to take the Ferry over to Nantucket.
