The spacious warm water beach, located on Nantucket Sound, is just a 3 minute walk down the street. An early morning walk to the local coffee shops are just as close as well as other town shops, restaurants and ice cream parlors. This 3 bedroom single story home still retains most of its original features but also has recently been lovingly restored.

All three bedrooms, with 1 King, 1 Queen, and Twin bunk beds, have all new furniture and mattresses. The converted bonus room with 2 Queen beds and Smart TV, which has a separate entrance from main house, is perfect for the in-laws or older kids. All bedrooms, except bunk bed room (fan), have window A/C units.

The charming living room, with a vaulted ceiling, has a Smart TV and soundbar (which can also connect to all music apps). Dining room seats 8. Living room and dining room have window A/C units. The kitchen is very spacious and has a newly installed dishwasher. The connecting utility room has a brand new washer/dryer. All furniture in the house is brand new. There is one updated bathroom, with shower/tub, in the main house as well as a traditional outdoor Cape Cod shower. Newly added spacious outdoor patio with lounge chairs/sofa, fire table, Weber BBQ gas grill and outdoor dining set.
