This spacious home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac and boasts a big, pretty lawn. This home has a new Central AC system, to ensure a cool escape on hot summer days. The first floor features a comfy TV room, large living area with sliders to the deck, half bath off the spacious kitchen, and dining area with a separate breakfast table. The second level has 3 bedrooms, one with queen sized bed, and one with two twins, as well as two full baths, one off the primary Bedroom. The exterior of the property features a nice backyard watch the sunrise and sunsets on the east / west decks an enclosed outdoor shower and gas grill. The home is a half mile to Round Cove on Pleasant Bay and also easily accessible to Chatham and Orleans.
There is driveway parking for 3 cars. An administrative fee and applicable taxes may apply. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
