We had a wonderful vacation! The house was comfortable, clean, sunny and bright with a Cape Cod beachy theme. The neighborhood was quiet & the location accessible to beaches, restaurants & shopping. The yard was beautiful, we enjoyed sitting on the deck & using the outdoor shower. Jane & Mark were great to work with. We would definitely return in the future.

This lovely home was just what we needed for our first vacation in 7 years! The location is perfect, so close to Chatham and the nearby beaches, and so quiet and peaceful. We felt right at home and loved that we could enjoy a home cooked meal or head to one of the many nearby restaurants. Thanks again for a wonderful week!

We had a great stay at this adorable rental, which is conveniently located to beaches, shopping, dining and activities. It is perfectly situated so no matter which direction you head out to nothing is too far of a drive.

The house itself is very clean, well equipped and had everything we needed to be able to prepare our own meals, as well as relax at home when we weren't out and about. The attention to detail was very thought out and we were provided all the comforts we could have asked for.

The neighborhood itself was quiet and the yard very private. We enjoyed relaxing on the back deck in the evenings after a day at the beach.

All in all we could not have asked for a better stay and look forward to returning again to this delightful rental!

My family stayed at this property and loved everything about it! It is very toddler-friendly, the owners are awesome, and the location is unbeatable.

It is very close to the beach (walking distance for adults) but in a quiet location. The rail trail is nearby, as are great restaurants, ice cream & stores. The patio is perfect for evenings after the kids are asleep and the grill makes dinners in very easy.

This was our first time renting a home at the Cape vs. being cooped up in a hotel. We were given this wonderful opportunity and decided to go for it! We were there for the entire week, but for one night had our kids and their daughter stay one night and we were all comfortable. The house exceeded our expectations in every possible way. The 2 separate living areas were ideal, but most of the time was spent outdoors on the large deck, or at the beach which was right down the street.

There were beach chairs, laundry facilities and a fully stocked kitchen with SOOO many dishes, glasses, etc., more than we needed. We were able to relax in the morning with our coffee and make breakfast if we wanted to. The house was clean when we arrived, and we do not have a single negative comment. We loved the outdoor shower and the proximity to a lovely beach and bike trails which we frequented almost every day. It was so nice to come and go on our bikes without having to drive – Bonus! The other thing that we were happy about is we got to explore a whole new area of the Cape and try new restaurants. It was perfect for us and we hope to rent again next summer. What a pleasure it was to stay here! The house was absolutely charming and filled with everything you could ever need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Clean and sunny, easy and sweet! This home in Harwich, Massachusetts is beautiful. We had a wonderful vacation. The home is very clean. The owners Jane and Mark have upgraded just about everything in the home. The neighborhood is very quiet. We visited many restaurants in Harwich and Chatham We especially liked the view of the Harbor from the Brax Landing restaurant in Harwich. We dined at the Del Mar and the Wild Goose Tavern in Chatham. Sitting on the front porch of the Wild Goose Tavern was so relaxing. Chatham is so quaint with little shops lining the downtown street. We checked out a few beaches deciding that Harding Beach in Chatham was our favorite. I recommend this home as a very clean and updated home to rent. The area was so beautiful. Was beautiful, comfy and it had everything we needed, The beach was close by, with lots to do around the area. The street was quiet and secluded with plenty of privacy on the back deck. Jane & Mark the owner's were very pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Summer vacation

Wonderful home at a great location. Very clean with all the necessary items needed in a rental home. No need to bring anything with you but your clothing and toiletries. The home close to town and very close to the beaches. I would highly recommend renting this property and will possibly do so again.

My husband and I stayed in this home for 1 week in July. The house was very clean, comfortable and has a great set-up for a family. There is a large living room and a family room, each with a TV. Both of the bedrooms are roomy. The kitchen is very well equipped and the deck (with grill) is a good size.
Red River Beach is about 1 mile away.
We will definitely consider renting this home again.

We had one of the most wonderful weeks we've ever had on Cape Cod staying at this property! We try to spend at least 1 week a year on the Cape for a family vacation, but we had never been to Harwich before. Now we will certainly be back! The owners could not have been more helpful even before we arrived. The home is VERY comfortable for a family with great amenities and a lovely back deck and yard. It's located a very short distance from a wonderful beach and all the great restaurants and shops Harwich has to offer. I'm already looking forward to another relaxing week next summer!
