The incredible location is only 500 yards to Merkel Beach and a 5 minute walk into town. Walk to over 7 restaurants and multiple downtown Harwich Port shops. Legendary Sundae School ice cream and Ember brick oven pizza one block away. Shearwater Excursions is also walking distance from the house offering daily trips to Nantucket, seal cruises, Eco tours, cocktail cruises, sunset cruises, clamming excursions, kids fishing trips & whale watching trips. Park your car and walk everywhere! Available parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

The house is beautifully furnished with all new furniture and comfortably sleeps eight. The master bedroom suite is located on the second floor with private full bath, walk in closet and a king size bed. There are two other bedrooms on the second floor that share a full bath—one with a queen size bed and the other with two twin beds. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor with it's own private full bath.

The beautiful new kitchen opens up to an inviting family room with big screen T.V. The living room is located in the front of the house with a beautiful dining table that seats 8.

Detached garage has been transformed into the ''The Darty,'' a comfy hangout area with a big screen TV and French doors that open to the private patio. Both the house and The Darty have central air & wifi.

There is an outdoor shower located behind the Darty for showering off after time spent at local beaches.
Outdoor dining for 8 can be enjoyed on the beautiful & private patio along with seating for 6 around a gas lit fire pit. There is a beautiful front yard to enjoy & additional seating on the front porch equipped with a relaxing porch swing and rocking chairs.

There is no smoking permitted.
No pets allowed.
There is available parking for 4 vehicles in the driveway.

    I hope this note finds you well. We returned from the Cape today & I wanted to reach out before I fall into bed! We thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful home! It exceeded our expectations and we absolutely loved Harwich Port. I think I mentioned that we a had cottage in Brewster and since we sold it we have rented in Chatham & Orleans, but we all agreed, Harwich Port is the perfect spot! It was centrally located allowing us to hit all our favorite spots. Your home is exquisite, the gardens and the front porch a perfect spot to eat & relax after a day at the beach. And best of all the Darty! You thought of everything!!! We hope to return!

    Incredible stay and house

    We had the most comfortable and best stay that we've ever had in a rental house at this Harwich Port house. The owners fully renovated the house last year and thought of every detail to make guests enjoy the house and have fun...from yard games, to a separate hang out space, to a fully stocked kitchen with all cookies supplies necessary. The furnishings and bedding are comfortable and luxurious, the bathrooms are so well appointed and tastefully done. We really felt like we were at home while we were away, and we never feel that way while on vacation (read: it does not feel like a rental house!). The owners were so lovely to work with in terms of helping us get our bearings in Harwich Port and also left the house so incredibly clean. We were grateful to be able to stay, and hope to be back in the future! show more show less
