Delightful Cape Cod home located a seven-minute walk to Pleasant Road Beach in West Harwich. Fully equipped and ready for your family"s vacation. Three sizable bedrooms: one queen with large dresser, one queen with dresser, and twin bed, bunk beds and trundle (4) and dresser. Full bath with shower and large soaking tub.

Large family room with sectional couch, chairs, and tv with cable. Chest with books, puzzles, toys, and games. Good size eat-in and fully equipped kitchen and tableware for 12. Central air conditioning for nights when the ocean breeze needs a little help. Booster seat, pack-and-play, and sand toys along with other child-friendly amenities are all included.

The large outdoor space includes a patio with dining set for six, grill, seating area, fire pit and new spacious outdoor shower. Beach chairs and washer/dryer included. Short drive to Dennis Port and Harwich Port with restaurants, ice cream, shopping, etc.

This is our family summer home. It"s filled with love, and we are excited to share it with other families, couples, and those looking for a trip to the Cape.

    We are out of the cottage. We had a wonderful time! The cottage is so close to everything, kept the grand kids busy when we weren't at the beach ???. The yard is so private and nice to hang out in.

    Home was perfect for our family of 6. House was very clean upon arrival, beds and sheets are comfortable and outdoor shower is large, clean and had great pressure! Beach chairs and towels were provided. Central air was a lifesaver!
    The living room with huge sectional worked out great for family gatherings in the evening. Kitchen was well appointed. Good selection of kitchen gadgets, pots & pans and even food storage containers. Yard was fantastic - private with patio area like a comfortable outdoor room. Grill was in good shape and lawn furniture comfortable. I was concerned about mosquitos with the humidity but they were not a problem at all. Location is perfect – easy walk to beach, great neighborhood for walking dog or pushing stroller.
    Would definitely rent again!

    We are a family of 5. My husband and I have three kids and we have been spending summers on Cape Cod our entire life.

    What is special about this property?
    Our house is a perfect cape escape. Walking distance to beach. Great year for running around, cooking out and relaxing. Quiet street.

    What is special about your town?
    Classic Cape Cod. Great location. Convenient to Harwich, Dennis and Chatham. Great local beaches and many shopping and dining options nearby.
