We had a lovely stay at this home in Oak Bluffs. It was a perfect fit for our family of four. Our kids especially enjoyed playing on the spacious lawn and riding their bikes around the neighborhood. The outdoor shower and screened-in porch were our favorite aspects of the house. The description is accurate - it's extremely well located, it's clean with modern appliances, and well appointed with everything renters may need. The owner is very responsive and friendly. This one is decorated similarly which is lovely.

Beds, linens are top quality and comfortable.

This cottage is the perfect space and location to enjoy the Island! The large outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and so enjoyable! The exterior and interior are beautiful! The screened in patio was delightful. It is just such a cozy space.The attention to detail was unbelievable and amenities perfect. The home has everything one would want for a lovely, relaxing vacation!

The owners of this property have another much larger and also beautiful rental home for those needing more space within a minute walk of the cottage. We had a family event and rented the cottage for the overflow of family. Those staying at the cottage loved it! And being a large family, sometimes the peace and beauty of the cottage were much needed! Sweet memories forever in our hearts were made thanks to these perfect properties! show more show less

Brent was absolutely wonderful to work and most respectful of my privacy during this 5+ month winter rental. The home was cozy and has an unique New England charm that is only further enhanced during the winter months. The cottage provided stress free living during my time there as I had not a single issue with the grounds, home, or appliances.

The Oak Bluff neighborhood was quiet and perfectly situated between Vineyard Haven and Edgartown. Wonderfully positioned for walking, biking, or driving to Martha's Vineyard Hospital where I was employed. I enjoyed decorating for the holidays (Christmas tree and all) and entertaining co-workers and out of town guests.

I highly recommend this cottage for your Martha's Vineyard short term stay or for a winter long rental.

Enjoyed combing the beaches for sea glass and getting to know people that have made MVY their home!

There's something magical about this gem of a house. We wanted a quiet getaway from the city and we got so much more. From the clean, comfortable and well appointed interior to the conveniently located neighborhood to the nearby forest preserve where we had our daily jog, this place delivered on so many different levels. Our favorite part is the screened in porch where we sat for hours relaxing or having meals. The owners are top notch, super nice and we communicated with them seamlessly. I'd first like to say that I was cautious about renting a house that had no reviews. I'm glad we took a chance because our stay was perfect. The owner was amazing. The pictures do this place no justice. The house was perfect (clean, updated, chic, etc), and Brent was adaptive to our needs and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

This cottage is super cozy, well appointed, and was everything I needed. The porch I sat on for countless hours reading or working and watching the world go by. The host was accessible and friendly.
