Located in the most happening town on the island, this newly renovated home with Gingerbread Cottage character has something for everyone.

Sit on the lovely wrap-around porch with your coffee in the morning or glass of wine on a warm summer night. Read and play board games in the spacious screened-in porch just off the living room. Dine al fresco on the new patio with an 8 person dining table and propane grill.

The heart of Oak Bluffs is just over a mile away for shopping, food, and the beach. You can also take a short stroll (0.2 miles) down to the end of Shirley Avenue to swim, kayak or paddleboard in the Lagoon.

There is a private bedroom on the first floor with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom along with a loft bedroom on the second floor with a king bed and ensuite bathroom. Older kids will love their own space in the charming detached studio room with twins. There is a half bath by the side door leading to the detached studio and an outdoor shower as well.
