We had a fantastic stay at Peter and Beth's home! The house was very clean, was decorated nicely, was well-equipped with anything you could possibly need and very comfortable! The back deck was such a treat and so relaxing with the view of Flax Pond. Peter and Beth were very easy to work with and one of the best homeowner's we have rented from. They were available for any questions, did not bother us during our stay and made the whole process easy.

Peter and Beth have provided so much to make your stay perfect; a perfectly outfitted kitchen, games & books, the thickest welcome book full of history, maps, and ideas for your days. Lastly - the deck. Overlooking a beautiful pond. Includes binoculars and an Osprey nest to spy on. As a bonus, it is dark enough on the street side to see meteor showers if the are available over the Cape!

This is a lovely home. Everything was immaculate! It felt warm and cozy and the view of the pond out back was beautiful. It is on a quiet street where you rarely hear the neighbors. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at this home. We have been coming to the Cape for many years and this is one of the nicest homes we have ever stayed in.

This was such a great rental to stay in! We loved the gorgeous view of Flax Pond and listening to all of the birds in the morning. The house had a great location, was very clean, and was maintained very well. It had everything we needed and we would highly recommend it. We had such a lovely time staying in this house!

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! We felt like we were home, it is so lovingly decorated, modern and comfy. Every amenity you could need and detailed welcome information (the basket was a first for us and greatly appreciated and thoughtful) was available. The pond views from almost every room, especially the porch, provided instant relaxation. It truly is an oasis. The outdoor shower was new and was thoroughly enjoyable (even in the rain). The spot is private but just minutes from every activity. Thank you Peter and Beth for sharing your home, we are already planning for next year!

My family has been coming to the Cape for 65! years, and each year someone always says ""If we had bought a place back then…" But then we might not have gotten to know the Cape as well, having stayed everywhere from North Truro to Bass River and everywhere in between. By now we know good rental homes and nice locations when we find them, and this one was one of the nicer rentals we have had the pleasure to stay at. We prefer Mid-Cape/Lower Cape for being central to everything, and Harwich fits the bill. Very nice neighborhood, and on a cul-de-sac was a bonus. No through traffic. Flax Pond was beautiful, and we spotted an Osprey nest across the pond and enjoyed watching them fish (which unfortunately was our only (mild) complaint.) I was unable to do any fishing, as the shoreline did not lend itself to fishing. The solar panels were unusual to find at the Cape. Would have liked to have seen the system. All in all, a most enjoyable stay. I note that the Internet can sometimes be deceptive, but in this instance what you see online is quite accurate. We hope our future schedule will permit us a return visit.

This home was really comfortable with views of the peaceful pond from most rooms. The kitchen was updated and well stocked. The house is bright and well decorated in a beach motif. Outdoor shower was brand new and we used it almost exclusively. Highly recommended. Owners are incredibly organized, check in was z as breeze!

The house hit all the right notes. It is spotless, quiet, and comfortable. It is close to all of the Cape's area amenities but away from the bustle of the thundering herd of vacation traffic. The owners were very gracious and communicative with all aspects of our stay. I would rent with them again in a heartbeat

The house and the pond are beautiful. The house has all the amenities that you would want. Great kitchen, tv room, garage, grill, chairs our back to gaze over the pond etc. The location of the house is also great as it is really close to the rail trail, pond and beaches. We had a wonderful stay. We didn't swim in the pond because we didn't notice any swimmers or activity on the pond and the entrance was around the corner.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Beth's and Paul's lovely house. We loved having breakfast on the deck with a beautiful view of Flax Pond and all the wildlife. The house was very clean, organized and many essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent) were provided. Thank you Beth and Paul for being wonderful hosts!

This home is in nice serene area on a cul-de-sac over-looking a pond. Nice furnishings and very clean and easy to maintain. We enjoyed our stay very much.

This house was well maintained and in the perfect location for us on Cape Cod. It has great views of the pond. My family and I had a wonderful time.

Our family had such a great time here. When we arrived there was beautiful wildlife right in the front yard! We saw some bunnies and some wild turkeys. The kids loved it! The home was very clean and well decorated. Is not too far from the CCRT which was perfect. We spend several days biking back and forth on the rail trail. Very Highly recommend this home! The homeowners were super accomodating and provided extra items ( Trash bags, paper towels, laundry det. etc..) PERFECT HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!
