Lovely Oak Bluffs Cottage Close to Town

Impeccable house, furnished with all the amenities you could ever need. 10 minute walk to all the restaurants and shops of downtown Oak Bluffs but away enough to be quiet and peaceful in a nice residential neighborhood. The house was in pristine condition and Gary provided clear instructions on how to check in and check out. He also has a binder in the house with nice recommendations for food and things to do along with everything you need to know about the house itself. Our family of five had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces of the house. We highly recommend this property and would love to stay here again when we return to Martha's Vineyard.

Great house, the house was clean, modern and tastefully decorated. Gary was a communicative host and the house has all the household amenities. It's Close to Oak Bluffs Marina, beaches and downtown Oak Bluffs restaurants/shops. The location is walkable to the marina and Oak Bluffs town. There is also a convenience market which is a 5 minute walk from the house! We would stay there again!

We absolutely loved this house and location! We walked to the harbor, gingerbread houses, and shops/restaurants at least once a day during our visit. The yard is very large for the area and beautifully landscaped. The inside of the house is nicely renovated, very clean, and a great layout for our family. We felt instantly at home and were able to get right to having fun! This was the most relaxing and fun vacation we have had since our youngest daughter was born and we plan to make it a yearly trip. Gary was a wonderful and responsive host. I highly recommend this house for your next vacation, you won't regret it!

We enjoyed our stay here very much. The house was well stocked and very comfortable. It was a perfect location, walking distance to town, restaurants, beach, and harbor. Hope to come back soon!

What a lovely house this is! And the location is just perfect: a short walk to the restaurants and shops in Oak Bluffs! The pictures do not do justice to the house - the rooms are actually larger than they appear. The lawn and garden are just perfectly manicured. I would definitely return and recommend this place to my most difficult friends!

Great house, great location. We really loved our stay here. Very clean, very nice inside and out. The location worked out great, especially when we found out about the route to walk down to Oak Bluffs through the back yard and along Moss Ave which was nicer than on the main street. The fact that we could walk to all the shops and restaurants throughout the weekend made everything so easy.

This awesome house is just a few blocks from downtown Oak Bluffs. Super comfy with a well-equipped kitchen and generous supply of regular towels and beach towels. Owner is helpful and responsive.

We stayed at Gary's house for Labor Day weekend and the house is a true gem! The location couldn't get much better. The house is very clean, tastefully decorated and has all the amenities you need. The outdoor shower was one of the highlights. Gary met us upon arrival, shared some insider tips - the bus picks up and drops you off right in front of the house and is a super easy system; suggested some great places to eat and things to do. The house is close to all the restaurants, shops, and marina so you really don't need a car. The house is perfect for couples or a family. The only very minor downside is that the bathrooms are all on the first floor and there are two bedrooms upstairs but there are washer and dryers in the bathroom should you need it. The kitchen had everything you need - great cookware, dishwasher and the grill is right off the kitchen. I sat on the porch drinking my coffee in one of the rocking chairs each morning and it was a great way to start the day. Would highly recommend this house and look forward to coming back to Martha's Vineyard and to Gary's place.

This house is so gorgeous the pictures don't do it justice, we were blown away. Everything was super clean. My daughters loved the swing out back, some other favorites were the outdoor shower, the massive blooming peonies, the rocking chairs on the front porch, the moveable kitchen island and incredible walkability. This place was amazing, we had a great stay!
