This charming newer Cape Cod home offers new central air (06), professionally landscaped property, hardwood(wide plank)floors, new kitchen and appliances including washer, dryer, refrigerator, and microwave. Living room with fireplace, dining area with sliders to large deck (gas grill)and new outdoor furniture, 2 full baths, 4 bedrooms, full basement with laundry. Sleeps 6-8 people. The master bedroom has a queen- size bed, the first floor bedroom has a daybed, and the two second floor bedrooms have twin beds and one small child's bed.This house is in impeccable condition.
Sheets,towels and fully equipped kitchen provided. Lawn chairs and beach chairs available, outdoor shower. 1-1 1/2 miles to Forest, Cockle Cove, Pleasant, and Ridgevale beaches. Bike or walk to Cockle Cove Beach-1 mile (bikes in house) new bike path close by.(around corner)
House is wired for cable & wireless modem. New central AC installed fall 2006. Cleaning included, no extra charge.
