This home 2 minutes from Outermost Harbor Marina, within sight of Chatham Light and South Beach, and a short bike ride to The Morris Island Wildlife Refuge. This is one of the few places in Chatham where you can walk to the great shops and excellent restaurants in downtown Chatham (approx 1 mile), as well as to pristine beaches with sand dunes and surf. Great spot for biking, hiking, swimming, and just laying lazily in the sun.

Had a great week with only one day of rain. Best bets include walk to Lighthouse Beach watching seals, trip to Martha's Vineyard, and walking along beautiful Sandy Neck Beach, Barnstable. Very well equipped cottage. Would love to come back.

What a great break from the Texas heat! The Cape is beautiful and the condo was awesome. I look forward to coming back for another stay. The beach and ocean are a wonderful change from East Texas. Did not get eaten by sharks as I feared before I came up!

This is a beautiful and serene location.My husband and I really enjoyed spending our long Memorial Day weekend here. We enjoyed beach combing,shopping,and eating in Chatham,and it was a great spot to get to other parts of the Cape. We loved the quiet and the singing birds. You have a gem here! THIS WILL POSSIBLY BE CLOSE TO OUR TENTH YEAR AT YOUR CONDO. WE LOVE THE LOCATION AND IT IS THE PERFECT SIZE FOR THE THREE OF US.
