The home is about 1.5 miles to Nantucket Sound beaches or the center of town. Clean and pristine surroundings. The home is comfortably furnished for your vacationing group and has a fully equipped kitchen for the gourmet cook. First level floor has open foyer, living room and dining room leading into the sunroom. Off the foyer is the bright master bedroom with private bath and stairs to the newly renovated family room and three other bedrooms and full bath. There are six new sliders to take advantage of the spectacular view and access to the new 40x10 new deck and great outdoor shower. Home comfortably accommodates a family of eight. But it is also perfect for couples traveling together, or as a romantic and extraordinary getaway for two. In fall and for Xmas and New Year we consider weekend rentals (3 day minimum) with a gift certificate for two at our favorite restaurant, Pate's.

THINGS TO DO: Have breakfast at Cloud9 at Airport or Larry's PX on Rt28 or for some elegance: Chatham Bars Inn, lunch and dinner at The Chatham Squire, ice cream at Chatham's Emack & Bolio's. For a very elegant evening meal, Chillingworth in Brewster (the only 4-star in New England).
Take a plane ride from Chatham airport and see the impressive sight of the sandbanks of the Lower Cape; take a speedboat from Saquatucket Harbor (508-432-8999)to Nantucket in less than 90 min; go deep sea fishing on the Albatross from Sesuit Harbor in Dennis (508-385-3244); go whale watching with the Dolphin Fleet in Provincetown; go on a seal watch to Monomoy Island in Chatham (Beachcomber 508-945-5265);go on a sunset cruise or sportfishing charter, etc. For a quiet time visit the local Atwood House museum or the Brewster Firehouse Museum on Rt6A or innumerable art galleries.
Enjoy swimming on Hardings Beach and walk the mile of sand to the Stage Harbor Lighthouse or Schoolhouse Pond in Chatham. Or visit the much larger Nickersen State Park in Brewster, which has sweetwater beaches for small children. And visit the famous Brewster Flats of Cape Cod Bay at low tide. What a wonderful home! Thank you for the Chatham experience: the best Cape beaches, the nice almost English town, the Friday night concert…Our family loved the layout of your home: the adults can be comfortably in the living room and the kids have their own space in the large family room with the large attached deck. The six giant sliders really bring in the great outdoors and the view that says: you are at the Ocean. We enjoyed the walk “around the hilltop” in the evening and see the stars etc
