Convenience and Comfort in Yarmouth

I just spent a girls get away week here at this home. We had the best time and is super comfortable. The cottage has everything you'd ever need. We enjoyed the huge smart tv for watching chic flicks on Netflix and the kitchen which is outfitted w equipment for putting together a nice meal & for baking. It's super clean & tidy w comfortable beds and has plenty of towels for showers and for going to the beach. The washer & dryer and beach chairs were an added bonus. It is located near many stores to stock up on groceries and is just off route 28 and convenient to route 6.

We were welcomed to the home by the covered porch outside. The kitchen was spacious and clean! The couch in the living room was the perfect spot to cozy up and chat with family. We loved the option to have a outdoor fire in the fenced in yard. Very happy with the week!

I can't say enough good things about Jenna and Shelby's adorable home. It's exactly as it appears in pictures, and spotlessly clean. Not a spider or cobweb to be found! It was beautifully appointed, and the perfect house for myself, my two teenage kids, and their two friends who came down mid-week. There were a few minor glitches when we first arrived, and Shelby was amazing about texting me to answer my questions.

Highlights include the covered patio where we grilled and played cards all week, the beautiful living room where we watched movies (my 14 yo son praised the "sick TV" and streaming services!), the incredibly comfortable beds, and the awesome outdoor shower!

I highly recommend heading to Seagull Beach on a beautiful day. There is plentiful parking for $20 (credit cards accepted), a snack bar and showers. The beach is beautiful and clean, and the water is great. We would return to Jenna and Shelby's home in a heartbeat. Thank you for your awesome hospitality!

My husband and I have been coming to Cape Cod for 10 years, always hoping to find the one cottage that we would return to. We knew on day one that this would be our place.
Jenna and Shelby provide a clean, well maintained property that includes everything you might need in the up to date comfy kitchen, with the added bonus of linens/towels and beach towels included. A first for us that lessened our car load.

The bedrooms were comfortable and bright. The living room space was super bright and homey. Perfect to read or watch TV after a long day out. A good variety of games and puzzles were offered also.

Outside the property was spacious, private and well maintained. The lounge area off the kitchen was great for BBQ/drinks/eating outside. You can smell the ocean and bird watch at the same time!

We loved your hydrangeas (the healthiest we’ve seen) and shrubs. Last but not least, the outdoor shower! We always choose properties with outdoor showers and this did not disappoint. We didn’t shower once inside and left feeling sad that we have to wait another year to experience this again.

Good evening Shelby and Jenna , we wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful week. We love vacationing in this home and spending time at the beach all day ! We love the new upgrades with the dining room table and enclosed outdoor shower ! We will be in touch for next years vacation!

We are a family of 5 and the boys are 11, 13, and 16. The house was comfortable, quiet, and well located. Boys had a lot of space to play outside. The kitchen was perfect; everything we needed was there and of great quality. All the family greatly appreciated the home.

This house is too cute not to write a review. We stayed here for a week with our two young children and the house was perfect. We had plenty of space - and the backyard being fenced in was a complete bonus! You don't find many Cape Cod houses that have that much space to run around and enjoy the outdoors in the complete privacy of your backyard. The front porch area with the picnic table was a great area for eating while enjoying the outdoors. We loved staying here and will absolutely be back again. Thank you!!!

This home is simply adorable and so charming. The owners take great care of it and are wonderful to communicate with. We had everything we needed for a great vacation. There were even books and games for both kids and adults! It is located in the center of the Cape, so it made it easy to travel to both ends. There is no air conditioning, but with a fan in each room and one downstairs, we were completely comfortable. I slept better than I do at home! I can't say enough good things about this home and its caring owners. My 7-year-old cried when we had to leave. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a darling, peaceful place to stay on Cape Cod.

This is a great cottage for anyone interested in spending time on the Cape. It's clean, comfortable, and clear that the owners really care about the house and property. There's a fenced in front yard and a more private backyard that are both well maintained. A covered patio extends the house, making it a great place to eat meals, BBQ, and can be a respite from the rain—if you're unlucky to get a rainy day while on vacation. We cooked breakfast and dinners at the cottage and there wasn't anything we were missing. The bedrooms are clean, comfortable and cheery—with sky lights in each room. And the bathroom, albeit small, has everything you would need and feels nice & open with glass shower doors. The location is great—right in the middle of the Cape—with easy access to a number of beaches, close to a many dining & entertainment attractions. The owners were a pleasure to communicate with and incredibly responsive. I'd definitely make this a go-to cottage with each visit to the Cape.

This house is so cute and cozy. It is near beaches and all that the area has to offer. I'm going back this year.
