Had brought everything I needed, I forgot the brown sugar to carmelize the bananas. In the condiment cabinet I found the
Much needed brown sugar. The air conditioning was perfect and, although the weather outside was hot and humid, the interior was always comfortable. The mattresses were extremely comfortable.
Although the house is considered to be a 2 bedroom, The room off the kitchen leading to the garage is a perfect sleeping space and can be used as a bedroom. Although the kitchen has a large table and chairs, we loved eating breakfast out on
the glass topped table on the patio. The two bathrooms allowed us to have plenty of privacy. Thank you, Jay, for lending your home to us. We had perfect weather. We had another fantastic stay at this property, our second year in a row. The owner is exceptionally easy to work with, always reachable and quick to respond to any questions we had. The location is perfect—close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. As a family of four, we appreciate the use of the garage for our beach gear, the bike-friendly neighborhood and backyard for activities, and having laundry and central air really makes our stay comfortable. My family of four stayed for a week in August at this amazing property and had the best vacation. We enjoyed the easy walk to the beach and parking when necessary. The access to all the activities for the kids was perfect for those rainy days or times you just didn't want to be down the beach. We will absolutely rent again and would highly recommend this property.

We rented for 2 weeks and couldn't have been happier. The house was very nice and clean. We loved the big private back yard. Quiet and peaceful. Location is perfect and being able to walk to the beach was an added bonus. I highly recommend this rental

First time renting this house for a week long stay on the Cape. The house was immaculate and bright. Plenty of sleeping space and the beds were comfortable. The back patio and yard were great for relaxing nights by the firepit. Washer and dryer in the house was great to have to be able to wash beach towels and such. The walk to the beach is about 15 minutes, but it's through a nice quiet neighborhood. Very peaceful area!
