3 Bedroom 2 bathroom home located in Yarmouth Port in a quiet neighborhood and just a short 5 minute drive to Mayflower beach. Great home outfitted for famlies!

Lower level includes 2 family rooms, dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and 2 bedroom with a king bed. Downstairs rooms have A/C mini splits. The second level has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower. The bedrooms on the second floor have window A/C units. One bedroom has a king bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds and a twin over full bunk bed.

All linens, bath towels and beach towels included. We also have a well-equipped kitchen, smart TVs in both living rooms and games for any rainy cape days. We have included a grill and outdoor picnic table and Adirondack chairs.

There are 3 mini splits downstairs in each of the living areas and the bedroom. There are window units in the other bedrooms upstairs.

For your trips to the beach we have 8 beach chairs, an umbrella, coolers, beach wagon, water bottles and beach toys.

For families traveling with toddlers we have a blow up toddler bed, baby monitor, booster chair, high chair, kids plates, utensils and water bottles/milk cups

This home sits in a very quiet neighborhood and across the street from the marsh. Talk a short walk down to Bray Farm to visit with the goats, sheep, chickens, donkeys and cows. Or take a stroll out on the boardwalk over the marsh to catch an amazing sunset. Peterson's Market is less than a mile away in case you need groceries, sandwiches or pizza!
