My family and I had such a wonderful vacation while staying in Kerry and Michael's home. The house is beautiful - it's so clean and bright with amazing views. The minute we walked in the door we all said "Wow!" The home is well-appointed and so organized - from the linens to the beach supplies, we had absolutely everything that we needed. We enjoyed kayaking on Swan Pond, swimming at Seagull Beach (which is just a short drive away), shopping at Cuffy's for souvenirs, and exploring Yarmouth and the surrounding towns. We couldn't have asked for a better vacation and would love to return.

Our stay was very comfortable with all the modern amenities in spacious rooms. The home décor was recently updated and fresh, yet still warm and welcoming. The exterior, from the front yard to the back yard, was maintained immaculately. The home's location provided enough privacy with the area feeling safe and secure, and close to all of our favorite Cape Cod places. Being on the water provided great views, and a fun launch point for kayaking. The home owners are very helpful, thoughtful and professional. Our family would not hesitate to stay here again, and we are looking forward to doing that again in the future!

I had the pleasure of renting Kerry and Michael's home for a week down the Cape with my husband and 2 young children. When we arrived, the house was immaculate, had clean sheets and towels for us to use, and we were greeted with a note and a little gift basket with pails and shovels for the kids. So nice! We also loved all of the thoughtful touches that went into decorating the home, and the lists of things to do and restaurants in the area that Kerry and Michael provided.

The property itself is beautiful and we loved sitting on the upstairs deck enjoying the view while the kids played in the yard below. This house has everything you could need for a week down the Cape - beach chairs, kayaks, beach toys, yard games, a grill, a fooseball table - the list goes on. The location is also excellent and close to beaches and some great restaurants.

We had an amazing week and we hope to rent this home again!

We have been vacationing on Cape Cod for years, and this was the best rental we have stayed in. Beautiful inside and out. Kerry and Michael were exceptional hosts.

This house was perfect for our family of four with two active kids. They loved exploring the pond and the adults loved enjoying our morning coffee with a view from the deck! The home was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a stress-free stay. I really appreciated that linens are available at the house including oversized beach towels.

We hope to visit again!!

I cant say enough about our experience working with Kerry and the house itself. Kerry was awesome to communicate with! We love the house which was clean, comfortable, and plenty of space for our family of 5. The AC kept the house very comfortable after our long days of kayaking on the pond or going to the beach. We loved that we didn't have to pack any sheets or towels, cooler, boogie boards, or beach toys! Saved so much space and time.

The kitchen had everything we needed when we wanted to eat meals in and the location was great when we were looking for a night out to eat. I loved having my morning coffee on the deck overlooking the pond and beautiful swans! My kids loved playing foosbal and other games provided. All around we had an awesome vacation and would recommend this rental for sure!

We rented this house with 2 families. Total included 4 adults and 3 children, ages 4, 2, and 10 months. We had a wonderful time staying here.

The house was clean, bright, quiet and provided an absolutely amazing view. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable, the bathrooms were clean and the outside shower was perfect for after a day at the beach. The house was safe for the kids as they played upstairs and outside.

The amenities at the house were everything we needed, and the backyard was perfect for the kids to play and experience nature. Having the kayaks to go out into the pond was a huge bonus and we loved exploring.

The air conditioners in each room worked great, and the ability to store stuff downstairs or outside in the shed was a bonus.

The owners of the property were also very accommodating and easy to get a hold of if we need anything, which we really didn't. Highly recommend!

I only took about 10 minutes for my family and I to fall absolutely in love with this home. The house is the last house on the street and right on the shores of Swan Pond. It is an very private location. The birds all around make you feel as if you are in the middle of a bird sanctuary. We witnessed Bald Eagles, Great Blue Heron, Cranes, Ducks, and of course the Swans. We also enjoyed the kayaks that were provided.

The house itself has been recently renovated and is beautiful. Open concept with all the latest appliances. Extremely clean and very well kept. We hope to return next year.

My family and I really enjoyed everything about this house on our vacation. The house itself was beautiful. The views of the lake were absolutely amazing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch to enjoy the view or to watch all the birds. We enjoyed kayaking on the lake right from the backyard. We spent most of the week at the house enjoying everything it had to offer. However, the location was great too. We were only a short drive to many great beaches, restaurants, and so much more. Kerry and Michael were great hosts, and really put a lot of thought into how everything was set up. We are looking forward to coming back next summer.

WOW!! Fantastic place. This house really has it all. Such beautiful views from the decks. It was so relaxing watching the wildlife every day. The house is updated, beautifully decorated, and impeccably clean. We had plenty of room as the floor plan is nice and open, as well as the bonus of a complete lower level. The kayaks provided made for a fun excursion and great exercise,with the ease of launching directly from the backyard!

All amenities are provided, you really do not need to pack anything..towels, sheets, beach gear, they have it all here. The outdoor shower is perfect and there is also full size washer dryer which is a must for us. The location is also convenient to the beach, restaurants and many activities while still feeling private and peaceful. The owners are kind, friendly and communicative, even providing a goody basket with info for you. We absolutely loved it and can't wait to return!

What a Fantastic place. The view from the living room/deck is fantastic. We are not much of birders, but we totally enjoyed watching the wildlife (redwing blackbirds, egrets, swans, osprey, bald eagles, ducks, bunnies and deer). The house feels brand new. Everything worked perfectly. The beds were very comfortable. AC in every room. Enough space for our family and guests to spread out. The lawn was nice for some games. A shed was provided to store our beach gear and bikes. I couldn't ask for more. We used the kayaks as filler activities, or first thing in the morning. The neighbors were friendly and welcoming. We would return.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, everything is new and the owners have put a lot of thought and attention to details into the decor and overall feel of the house. We had a great time kayaking (great plus!) and paddle boarding (I brought my own). We also enjoyed grilling and playing lawn games. The kids had a lot of fun with the Foosball table and fishing in the pond. I appreciated the fact that we did not need to bring towels and linens and that everything we needed for a beach day was provided. The house is very clean and the owners are fantastic. We would love to go back soon.

Definitely stay here! This is an amazing location and beautiful home. Kerry and Michael are true superhosts! They have thought of it all. The kayaks are great and the kids loved the foosball table! Great place to call home.
