We have been renting on the Cape for many years and this house (and homeowner) was the best of the best. The homeowner was very communicative and easy to work with. The house was just amazing. It was beautiful and modern while being cozy at the same time.

The house had beautiful appliances (large and small), a great grill, terrific back deck, and an amazing screened in porch that we lived in at night. There was even a beverage fridge in the screened in area! The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms (especially the showers) were very nice. The house was spotless and bright when we arrived and there was plenty of parking. It was close to everything including beaches, ice cream shop, and super market. We are three 70+ couples that were looking for a relaxing vacation. This was a wonderful place to stay. It was beautiful, clean, and very well stocked. Just had to bring our linens and clothes. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here, had a very relaxing vacation, and cannot imagine any other improvements. We hope to return next year and more. :)

This home is a real gem. Exceptionally clean, well stocked with everything you need for a week in West Yarmouth. The kitchen had everything: pots, pans, glasses, mugs, dishes. A wonderful screen porch was a great place to hang out when it rained. Quiet neighborhood with an easy walk to Seagull Beach. We are hoping to be back next year!

We loved our week at this beautiful home! It was perfect in every way for our family. Pam was a delight to deal with when we had questions in advance. She was friendly and quick to respond. The house is everything it says and the pictures are very represenatitive. We loved the both the screened porch and the farmer's porch out front. We look forward to staying here again and making wonderful family memories!

Thanks to Pam & Ray for sharing their vacation home with us. It's a beautiful house that has everything you need for a Cape vacation. Kitchen is well stocked with all the items you will need. Living room is very spacious. Plenty of room for the entire family. We loved hanging in the screened in porch reading our books after a day at the beach. Shed is well equipped with games, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. Conveniently located off of Rte 28, and is just a mile to Seagull Beach that has a snack shack and restrooms. This was the perfect house and location for our family vacation. It was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had all the essentials we needed. The owners were very friendly, provided detailed information about the area, and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this house and would certainly come back.

First let me say that Pam and Ray were great to deal with right from the get go and very accommodating throughout the entire rental process. This was our first time renting this property and prior to renting we thought the house was probably more than we needed (just my wife and I). But this ended up being the perfect house for us and we are so glad we made the decision to rent this beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood south of route 28.

This is a newer house compared to many Cape houses and has a wonderful open design, is tastefully appointed, neat, extremely clean, and well equipped with everything you need for a stay. It is evident that the Pam and Ray care deeply about this house. We can only dream of owning a house like this on the Cape. With the beautiful screen room (this is a bonafide screen room!) with comfortable furniture we spent a lot of time there during the week mostly at night drinking cocktails, talking, and relaxing.

Thankfully, the weather was beautiful during the week and we "stayed in" to eat for the most part and dined on the outside deck for most meals. Although Seagull Beach was not overly crowded during the week, we opted to go to Englewood Beach (which is within walking distance) on the bay and we found a little secluded inlet at the end of the road to place our chairs (don't tell anyone lol!) and there was always a nice breeze. After the beach we would go back to Pam and Ray's house and relax on the ground level patio lounge chairs in the shade while drinking cold beverages. Oh, and we enjoyed sitting out on the front porch for coffee in the morning. All in all we had an outstanding, relaxing week of vacation in this beautiful house and hope we have the opportunity to stay there again. We highly recommend this rental property.
