We had a really nice time at this home. It had everything we needed, the bed was very comfortable, the outside patio and fire pit were great as well as the solar lights and we used the outside shower several times. It was close to all of the activities we chose during the week. Sandy Pond Conservation area was a great find. We'd like to return again,

We had a great vacation at Salty Pines. The house had everything we needed for our stay. It was very clean and had all the basic necessities making it a very comfortable stay. The outdoor area was very nice and comfortable for evenings by the fire pit. The outdoor shower was brand new and clean. The house also came with everything you need for the beach (including beach toys for the kids).

My husband, 6-year-old and I live on the Northshore and had family from Texas/Florida that were staying at a resort in Dennis for the week.

We wanted more of a home feel for our vacation and decided to rent a house and I am so happy we did! This house is beautifully appointed and had everything we could ask for - game room, comfortable bed/bedding, fully stocked kitchen (with great seasoning if you're into cooking), propane grill/fire pit, beach toys/chairs and an outdoor shower!

Beaches where 10 mins away and supermarket was less than a mile from the house.

We didn't have any issues, but Tristyn checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

We absolutely loved our stay here and are looking to book the home for 2 weeks next summer.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this spacious home, a perfect place to land for a week with great proximity to many areas of the mid-Cape. The owners have gone overboard to welcome guests and provide Keurig pods, water and snacks that are a very thoughtful gesture. The kitchen is fully equipped for those planning to cook or just grab breakfast in the morning. There are lots of towels, linens and beach gear that are really helpful for those flying in to the area and unable to travel with that. The house is cutely decorated and feels very homey. The backyard is so nice with a fire pit and lots of patio furniture to sit and dine outside. It's a lovely home! show more show less

We enjoyed our short stay in Trystin's lovely little house, located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to shopping and rte 6. The pictures don't do it justice, it is much more spacious and homey. The large private backyard with the propane fire pit was the icing on the cake!

House was in a pleasant neighborhood in Yarmouth, central to all of Cape Cod's quaint towns. Everything was immaculate and well done. The deck stairs led down to the fire pit area, a nice feature. The owner was very communicative and helpful. Access/check-in to the house was very easy.

The house was perfect for a family stay, and comfortable for both grownups and children. Very convenient in terms of distance from different beaches and attractions, and we really enjoyed the backyard on the days we stayed home.

Tristyn's place was perfect for our weekend in Cape Cod! The location was perfect and made it easy to get around to nearby beaches, restaurants and attractions. Overall, the place was pretty clean, check-in was easy, and Tristy was very nice and helpful! Definitely recommend!

The stay at Tristyn's lovely place was great! Our family of four enjoyed the well-apportioned house as well as the hostess's gracious, warm, and welcoming hospitality. The place was clean. The well air-conditioned house (strong central ac unit) itself has two very comfy queen-sized beds, one bathroom with ample amount of hot water (the pressure was good/toilet flushed well), kitchen with adequate appliances, bright and cheery living room, and a nice backyard patio. The laundry room space is in the basement. Even though we were surrounded by neighbors but the trees in the yard provided complete privacy for us. We appreciated the quiet and residential atmosphere surrounding the property. Tristyn's house is also centrally located-close to pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants. Best of all, the place is near a few nice and uncrowded beaches. Our family also did whale watching (in Hyannis) and visited Martha's Vineyard (via ferry). In all it has been a terrific mini family vacation and we would come back if we're in the area and do recommend this place to others. show more show less

Fantastic place to stay!! House is mid cape, easy to get everywhere, but in a beautiful, quiet spot. Inside is fully modernized but still has lots of charm. So nice to sit out on the balcony with a cup of coffee, surrounded by trees and nature at its best! Tristyn was a great host and we really appreciated all the ways she welcomed us. Would definitely recommend.
