Both my husband and I were born and raised here on The Cape. I (Michelle) am the owner of a local Pilates reformer studio in South Dennis. Pilates Plus of Cape Cod.
My Husband (Greg) owns a landscaping business. This is our first vacation rental. We are usually renters when we travel so we have a good understanding of renters needs. This is our only property and has been our residence for 15 years. While you are staying at our home and making great vacation memories...Greg, our 2 sons and I will be experiencing our own adventure. We will be living in our travel trailer both here on The Cape and traveling the U.S.!

What is special about this property?
Our 2 bedroom ranch is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with mostly year round residents. The neighborhood is kid friendly, the neighborhood is a dead end, so there isn't a lot of car activity. Kids can ride bikes and play in the yard. The yard has plenty of room for outside activities or just relaxing. Our home has brand new floors and kitchen appliances. Very comfortable mattresses and furniture.

What is special about your town?
The town of Yarmouth is at the heart of the Cape. Centrally located with the best beaches around under 5 minutes away. Local Golf courses, hiking trails and dog parks too. There are museums, art galleries, boating and fishing experiences within 10 minutes in every direction. You can access The Cape Cod Rail Trail from the neighborhood. Head east towards Dennis and the bike trail goes all the way to Chatham or Wellfleet. The restaurant choices in this area are endless...there are both affordable family style or high end options!
