Immaculately clean 2 Bed 2 Bath Mid Cape Home. Open layout with kitchen and living area combined and has a cathedral ceiling. Wooden floors in the living area and new carpet in the bedrooms.

The master bedroom has a king bed with master bath and stand up shower. The second bedroom has 2 twins that can also be pushed together to make a king. The main bath has a tub with shower. Outside is a new patio with furniture and a power awning that provides nice shade when you want it. There is a nice size yard with a gas grill and out door shower - many of our guests love this feature.

We are in a very quiet neighborhood that is perfect for bicycling and walking. Middle Beach and Windmill Beach are an easy 15 minute walk. Also close to many other great beaches, kayaking, restaurants, mini golf, golf courses, inflatable water park and the rail trail for additional bicycling and walking. Close by Smugglers Beach offers a boat ramp and fishing pier on beautiful Bass River.

    I was absolutely thrilled to see this listing again! We've stayed here multiple times, and each visit has been nothing short of exceptional. The house is always immaculate, and it's clear that the owners take great pride in maintaining and updating it regularly. Every time we return, we notice thoughtful improvements that enhance our stay. The cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is incredibly convenient, close to everything we need.
