Our home rests overlooking Boat Meadow Marsh in Eastham. There is abundant light and views from most rooms. We are on the bay side, close to First Encounter and Boat Meadow Beaches. A fresh cool off in Herring Brook Pond is close by. The Cape Cod Rail trail is accessible from our street. We also offer guests access and equipment to the Pickle Ball Courts and tennis is also nearby. National Seashore beaches and Fort Hill walking trails are minutes away.

Le Marais has an open concept kitchen/dining area, a bright and comfortable living room with views, 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. First floor bedrooms have 2 twins and 1 full bed with a shared bathroom. Upstairs get away from it all with 2 spacious bedrooms with views and a full shared bathroom. We offer Central AC, high speed internet, a 55 in television with access to Netfilx and Prime, Youtube TV. Recently furnished with a contemporary flair and comfortable mattresses. This is a very easy space to telecommute for extended stays offering space to work quietly. We have also recently connected to town water in Eastham, no wells.

Our home is on Conservation land in Eastham in a quiet residential area. Our south-facing deck is sunny and boasts birdwatching and tranquility. We have a grill, dining table and cozy seating. Beach chairs beach towels and umbrellas will be provided.

While this property has every amenity to ensure a restful, relaxing stay on Cape Cod, including an outdoor shower to rinse off the beach sand, washer/dryer, YOU MUST PROVIDE YOUR OWN BED SHEETS AND TOWELS.

    Wonderful Stay

    Recent family vacation at Le Marais was much appreciated. Beautiful well appointed home with all of the amenities. Conveniently located and very peaceful location. We would definitely rent again.

    We had such a terrific stay at Le Marais! The home is so thoughtfully-appointed, open, and inviting. Our kids surprised us by wanting to learn pickleball. From the generous decks we saw songbirds, waterfowl, turkeys, and a terrapin. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, beautiful views, and proximity to the bike trail, as well. Would definitely visit again!

    Wonderful family getaway

    Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay at this home in beautiful Eastham. The house is lovely. It was spotless and thoughtfully appointed with a well-stocked kitchen, new furniture, and central air.

    The view across the marsh from the deck and rooms on the back of the house is beautiful. The location is great--we especially appreciated the quiet, residential neighborhood, ease of access to the rail trail, and proximity to many beautiful beaches and kettle ponds. The pickle ball courts were a fun bonus!

    Teri and Patrice have been vacationing on the outer cape for many summers. Having grown up outside of Boston, Teri introduced her Belgian husband to the natural beauty of Eastham. He introduced her to Paris and their favorite neighborhoods including the Marais District. Le Marais translates to ''the marsh'' and was the perfect setting to spend peaceful and serene hours bird watching, biking and resting with close access to their favorite beaches.

    What is special about this property?
    The natural light in this home offers a cheerful space with 4 bedrooms to escape for some quiet time. Pickleball courts are across the street. The bike path has very easy access via a private path on our street. This avoids any riding on Route 6 or fast side roads. Eastham has world class beaches and access to the bay and ocean side.
    The birdwatching is incredible, expect to see Osprey, Blue Jays, Cardinals, Black capped Chickadees and more.
