Let Us Tell You About This Home:
As you enter through the front door: The home offers spacious front to back living with wood floors  - charm and comfort abound!   The living room has a Flat Screen TV, there is WiFi throughout and the dining area has seating for 8. A perfect place to gather together and enjoy meals during your vacation. Through the living area is a galley kitchen that is fully equipped and has a door to lead you to the fenced in backyard.

This main floor has a hallway that leads you to Bedroom 2 and 3 which both have Queen Beds and there is a full bathroom #1 with tub/shower combo in the hall.

Head upstairs to the other two bedrooms and Bathroom #2 with a tub/shower combo in the hall that has just been completely renovated.  Bedroom 1 is considered the ''master bedroom'' and has a Queen bed with sitting area and a desk just in case you need a quiet space to do some work or just check emails.  Bedroom 4 has 3 twin beds.

Who doesn't love a good barbecue? And Fido can join you with a nice sized completely fenced in yard to run and play in! Outside you will also find the enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water, gas grill and outdoor furniture for your enjoyment.

The lower level basement has the washer/dryer and storage area for guest use (bring or rent bikes to explore the Cape!).

Please note that this home is on a main road and it can be tricky to exit the driveway.  Use turn around in driveway so you can exit safely.

This home has Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
Pet Friendly Homes are for a DOG only.  This home allows 1 dog.  With owner approval, a second dog may be considered for an additional $200 fee.  A Pet Registration form must be completed upon reservation confirmation.  
Max parking of cars at property: 4 - No parking on lawn anytime. 

Additional Information to Assist You:

During Peak Summer Season Until After Labor Day - a 7 night Friday to Friday rental reservation is required. In some instances you may be able to book an off season (Fall and Spring only) 3 night stay.
State and local taxes are charged if applicable. 
You must be 25+ years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian to book one of our Vacation Rental Homes. An ID must be furnished upon request.  
To Book a Reservation: For Reservations made over 60 days away-you can make 2 payments-50% deposit with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for Payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialist for details.  
We do not charge a departure cleaning fee. Simply follow our basic check out instructions carefully and there will be no extra charges. If you prefer for our cleaners to take care of the basic check out list, this can be arranged for a fee of $100-$300+ (depending on the condition and size of the home) that can be billed to your credit card for your convenience.
