This gorgeous 1850's Victorian is perfect for a family vacation or a reunion of friends. Charming and comfortable, this 2400s.f.home includes all amenities. Large front yard has covered porch and wicker furnishings. The spacious back yard is perfect for a game of whiffle ball, sunning, or sleeping in the hammock. There is a large deck and 6 person spa hot tub. The patio has an additional dining area and a gas grill. The house is next to the bike trail and across the street from Brooks Park with a baseball field, tennis courts, playground, and bandstand. There is fun for all in quaint Harwich Center. Walk to Whitehouse Field to watch the Cape League baseball games or to the town library in the center of town. The Community Center is one block north, and includes workout rooms (use is $6 per day) and basketball. nets, and classes are offered. Bank Street Beach, Red River Beach,and Long Pond are all only 1.5 miles away.

Cranberry Valley golf course, rated 4 stars in Golf Digest and ''Excellent'' on Zagat's highly rated golf course list, is less than one mile away. Oakfield is a wonderful place for you and your family to relax and enjoy the leisurely pace of Cape Cod in the summer. You can enjoy the sunny back deck while taking a relaxing dip in the hot tub, or share lunch under the umbrella while you watch the kids play in the yard. If you seek the cool shade, you'll be comfortable reading on the front porch in the cushioned wicker furniture. Your needs are satisfied with bikes, books, and beach chairs. Bed linens and towels are provided as are two window air conditioners. Harwich Center is a charming village one block away with a convenience store, liquor store, two antique shops, a charming breakfast/lunch restaurant, and a Mexican restaurant.
Cape Cod was wonderful and your residence was the perfect home for our family. Everything was provided from kitchen equipment to beach chairs to linens and towels. We loved the front porch, the yard (especially the hammock), the hot tub on the deck, and the bike path . We walked to breakfast at Ruggies, and dinner at ANDELE In the Center. Thank you for sharing your lovely home and for giving us a splendid vacation.

My sister lives in Harwichport and we have driven by your home many times admiring it. We wanted to have a family reunion and were so glad to see your home available. It was all we could have imagined. It was perfect for our extended family. We enjoyed the bike path nearby, walking to restaurants and the lovely library. We hope to come back.

Your home was lovely and easily accomodated my husband, myself, and our daughter's family. Every ammenity was available. The yard was spacious for the children and the deck and porch provided plenty of relaxation space. We loved walking to the Mariner's games, and driving to the Sundae School for ice cream in the evenings. We plan to come back next year!
