My family and I had such a wonderful time at this home! We got lucky with a last minute rental and it did not disappoint. The house was updated, stocked with everything you need for the kitchen, beach, etc. Great backyard with lots of space! Right down the street from one of our favorite beaches and amazing restaurants. Thank you Franky and Jenny for letting us stay in your home, we loved it!

Truly a serene escape! The house was very clean and had a true Cape Cod feel to it. We loved having a yard and the hammocks added to the relaxation. We were so happy to find a fire pit and enjoyed having a fire and smores (provided by Jenny) on the chilly evenings. A great location where we were able to explore different areas of the Cape. The house came with everything we needed and I would highly recommend Jenny's place.

This house was very special. Lots of beautiful artwork that may have been from local artists in this part of the Cape. Little touches like a vase of fresh wild flowers and salt water taffy in a candy's dish greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. The bed linens and towels were a big plus as were the washing machine and dryer. The 2 queen beds were very comfy and the kitchen was well-stocked. Loved that the house had a coffee grinder. The house was sparkling clean and the living room had comfy couches. Jenny was very responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this home and it's hosts.

Everything you need us here. Great location too. If you have dogs, you can't do much better.

Cute place in a fantastic location close to all the terrific beaches.

Our first family vacation was great. Our dog really enjoyed playing fetch in the backyard. The location is great to explore the cape from Chatham to Ptown. Jenny was very quick in responding to any messages. Our family looks forward to our next trip to this wonderful place.

A bright and cozy little cottage located in a quiet neighborhood a short distance from Route 6. All the essentials were provided including some beach gear, hammocks, a decent gas grill and a great outdoor shower. The location is excellent - it's just a short trek to the rail trail or beach. Highly recommended!

Quiet and well appointed cottage near the eastham/ wellfleet line. Quick and convenient access to bay and ocean beaches, the rail bicycle trail, and all the beauty of the outer cape. Made for a great base of operations for exploring Provincetown, wellfleet, the National seashore, and more. The included beach gear and toys made packing much lighter for our family as well - much appreciated!!!

Franky and Jenny's place is not to be missed. This is our third year and we absolutely loved it. Our family has expanded (3 yo, 11 month old, and yellow lab) over the years and the house has accommodated us at each stage. The location is IDEAL. Communicating with Franky and Jenny is easy, quick, and responsive. The outdoor space is so peaceful and welcoming. We can't wait to return!

Everything about our stay here was fantastic. The location can't be beat (a five-ten min drive to the best beaches on the Cape) and the hosts were super responsive and make sure the house has everything you need to relax and enjoy yourself. If you are planning on staying on the Cape you should consider staying here. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

The place is in a great location close to the drive in and great restaurants. In addition to that, it had great seclusion with a wonderful yard perfect for young kids. There are fantastic outdoor seating for morning coffee and BBQ. We hope to be back soon!

Staying at Franky & Jenny's Eastham home was a wonderful experience for our family. Although you are tucked away off a little dirt road you are incredibly close to everything! It is a perfect location! You are close to PTown, the National Seashore, many wonderful restaurants and other conveniences. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided or close by. Jenny and Franky were fantastic hosts who were incredible to work with and very helpful and patient. I would recommend their home for anyone one who wants a true Cape Cod experience!!!! We will be back!

We LOVE this place for so many reasons. This is our second year back and we already want to return. Franky and Jenny are fantastic hosts - very communicative and responsive to any needs/issues. The house is in a beautiful location, quiet, clean, well stocked, and close to everything. The location is ideal - close to many beaches, great food, ice cream, the pond, and Cape Cod Rail Trial. This is truly my family's 'serene escape'!

Franky and Jenny's place was perfect for us. It was plenty of space for my husband, his parents and I. The BBQ and hammocks outside were a lovely area to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the Cape. Would love to visit again, thank you!

Terrific location near the bike trail and Nauset Light Beach! Serene is an apt description - very very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Great water pressure, nice kitchen, beautiful yard, warmly and cheerfully decorated home. Wonderful week on the Cape!

Jenny was an incredible host, and we found her home to be just as welcoming as she was. She took the time to give us tips on where to go and ideas to maximize our time. The home is well stocked, and we did a stovetop clam bake and grilled swordfish and enjoyed her back yard our last night there. We were also able to pack light thanks to the fact she had all the needed beach gear. The beds were comfy, too! It's centrally located and minutes from coast guard beach where Jenny helped give us the info so we could get a camp fire permit. Thank you for everything, Jenny!!!!

We experienced a few friendly visits from the next door neighbors Labrador Reilly which made Julia (our Labradoodle) very happy. Between swimming with Boy Scout Troop at " first encounter beach" and seeing sunset at "Sunken Meadow beach", I think Julia, my two nieces and daughter had the best vacation on the Cape. We are looking forward to coming back next summer

What a wonderful place! My family truly loved this serene getaway. The place is well maintained and well appointed. Franky and Jenny touched base early on to make sure everything was perfect. They were fast to get back to us when we had questions. We loved their recommendations. The places is in an ideal location - close to the bike trail, the beach, and restaurants. It was so quiet and peaceful. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend this anyone looking for a Cape vacation.

We had a wonderful family vacation in Eastham! The house, it's location, and the warm virtual welcome (and local tips!) from Jenny were AMAZING! They even welcomed us with fresh salt water taffy as a nice treat!

Everything that you could want in a home away from home this house had, including an outdoor shower! The house was plenty big enough for our family, well laid out, and the yard was a huge plus as our daughter could run around on a safe, quiet street. We would love to stay again!

Franky and Jen were extremely welcoming and friendly. Their communication was excellent and they responded to any questions very promptly. The cottage was absolutely beautiful as well. It was updated and the cottage was fully stocked. I would definitely stay again.

My girlfriends and I were doing a little end of summer getaway for a few days, and booked Franky and Jenny's place for our stay. It was an adorable place, nicely updated, pleasantly decorated, and clean. The space is perfect for a small group of friends or family. It had everything we needed, and we really appreciated the supplies provided for a beach trip. The location was great and the cottage is situated on a quiet neighborhood street just off the main road, and is close to many different restaurants and beaches. I would stay here again, and definitely recommend it to anyone looking for the perfect quiet Cape Cod escape!

Stay at Franky and Jenny place was my best experience on Airbnb ever. Everything was absolutely awesome. They were very helpful, engaged, and answered all my questions. Their place is super clean (I traveled with a crawling baby so that was my priority) and fully equipped, to mention only: 5 bikes, huge lobster pots, 3 hammocks, outside shower, 3 decks, huuuge yard and much more great stuff. Love them and their place. Highly recommend!

Very clean, neat and nicely furnished house with all possible conveniences and close to many attractions of the Outer Cape

Wow! What a great house. We had a super relaxing week. The decor was new and everything was very clean. Especially great was the outdoor shower where the whole family has fit well. The garden is huge and our little son loved all the birds, squirrels and chipmunks that are located there. Pure nature. The beaches one is by car in a few minutes, no matter from Atlantic, Bayside and freshwater lakes. Evening you could end the day in the hammocks or enjoy the large gas grill. Really great!
Franky and Jennifer were very gracious hosts, have shown us all patiently and even brought eggs (from your own chickens) and Guarcamole.
We can recommend the house fully and would go back anytime.
