The Dunes Edge property is exactly what it states in the name...nestled atop the dunes with amazing beachfront views. As you walk from the bedroom to the front of the house, you are greeted with a new spectacular view every day. Whether it is high or low tide or morning or night, the view never gets old. The property is perfect, the location is superb, and the landlord was very flexible. Hurricane Lee was closing down on the Cape and we departed a day early. Maggie refunded us our last night's rent, which was un-expected. We would highly recommend staying at Dunes Edge and we are looking forward to booking in 2024.

You will not find a more perfect place to stay. Our family has been going to Eastham Cape Cod the same week for over 50 years staying at many different houses. For the last 4 years
we stayed and Maggie and Robs place and the accommodations are by far the best ever. The house is immaculate and it has all you need for a private and peaceful retreat. The living area and open kitchen have breathtaking views through windows that occupy the whole front. The kitchen has all the amenities you will need. Another favorite, the large open deck with comfortable furniture to view killer sunsets. Stunning house inside and out. We hope to come back for many years. What a find! Thanks Rob and Maggie

This is our 4th summer renting and it is a staple trip in our household. The house is in beautiful and situated steps from a family friendly beach. The owners are accommodating, easy to connect with and very friendly. I couldn't imagine a summer without a week here.

This was our second summer at Dunes Edge and we already cannot wait to return next year. My family and I agree that this might be our favorite week of the whole year. The house is so wonderful and has been a central figure in some amazing family memories. The house is immaculate and the location truly cannot be beat. Maggie is so kind and easy to communicate with. The whole rental experience could not have gone smoother. I highly recommend this beautiful house!

We couldn't be happier with our stay at Dune's Edge. We've stayed 3 years in a row with our two children – it's paradise! Nothing beats waking up to your own private view of the ocean. The kids had a blast exploring the beach and playing in the sand at low tide, while we relaxed and read in beach chairs. The convenience of not having to pack/unpack the car for a trip to the beach is such a luxury. The nearby bike/walking trails and restaurants are amazing, there are games and puzzles inside, and we loved barbecuing in the back yard with the ocean view.

Maggie and Rob are super helpful and quick to respond to any of our questions. The house is live/cook/sleep/relax/enjoy ready. The home is not only beautifully decorated, but also well maintained and very clean. Some of our favorite family memories have been created here!

We had a wonderful stay with our two young children. We came in mid September, but had a great week weather-wise. The house was everything as advertised. It had fantastic views, a great tide water beach, and very accommodating/responsive hosts. It was also clean and quite private considering it was right on the water. We would love to come back!

This was our second September stay at Dunes Edge. It was like coming home. As soon as we walked in, the view of the bay took away all the stress. We quickly unpacked and were on the deck taking in the view. Dunes Edge is a special place. Everything you need is there. Everything is top quality. We found ourselves on the deck most of our stay taking in the changing views and walking the sandbars as we had perfect weather. We are looking forward to continuing our Dunes Edge tradition next year. Thanks to Maggie for being a wonderful host!

Our stay at Dune's Edge is fast becoming one of our young family's most treasured traditions. Everything about the house is perfect--the decor, the cleanliness, the amenities and its direct location on the bay. Maggie and Rob are the BEST hosts--they are totally buttoned-up, make sure the home is well-stocked and they are responsive to any question we have had.

We have stayed at several rentals in Eastham over the years and Dune's Edge is hands-down the best. We can't say enough amazing things about this well-cared for home and its owners. We just got home and can't wait for next year.

Dune's Edge is just stunning, from the views to the updated and modern (but still comfy and relaxed) decor - we loved our stay! There was ample space for our family of four (including a 6 and 4 year old). Low tide was perfect for our kids, and the stairs down to the beach are well maintained and easy to traverse, especially for the girls. The owners were friendly, quick to respond, and helpful! We can't wait to come back and continue our tradition of taking family vacations on the Cape.

We have been renting vacation homes in Eastham since the early 1990s when our children were young. This is our second year staying on the beach. Dunes Edge is a beautiful home with amazing views of Cape Cod Bay. As you walk in the door, you know you are at a special place. The view from the great room wall of windows is spectacular. The kitchen is modern and all the appliances, dishes, bedding, etc...are top quality. The living area is spacious and comfortable. The deck furniture was great and we sat out there for hours relaxing and enjoying the view as the tide went in and out. There is easy access to the beach via the nearby stairs. We slept so well on the very comfortable beds. This home has everything you need and more for a beach vacation, including A/C. Maggie was very responsive and so accommodating. We highly recommend this home and hope to be back again and again.

We've been renting homes at the Cape for close to 30 years and this was one of our absolute favorites. We knew from the photos that it would be beautiful but when we walked in, our jaws dropped. The view from the main living area and deck is just stunning. Everything was top-notch from the gourmet kitchen, comfortable living space and the most comfortable beds I've ever experienced at a vacation home. The individually controlled central A/C was a huge plus as we were there during a very hot week.

We enjoyed happy hour on the deck each night and even bought and shucked our own oysters which was so much fun! I could not think of a better place to enjoy them from. We swam (floated) every day right from the stairs in front of the house. We prepared a meal of freshly caught striper in the beautiful kitchen and enjoyed the prettiest sunset while eating dinner. We created so many lovely memories.

It was difficult to even leave the house but the location is super convenient to explore Wellfleet, Provincetown and Orleans.

All in all, this was one of the most relaxing vacations I've ever had and one of the most beautiful properties. You will love this beautiful home.

What a beautiful and comfortable home! The house was just what we needed, and since we were lucky enough to have a hot week, the air conditioning was a blessing. The view of Cape Cod Bay was AMAZING, and we spend a lot of time on the deck. We enjoyed the well appointed, modern kitchen. Everything we needed was there. We definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home, and the owners are wonderful to work with! Would be a pleasure to return!

What's not to love about this house! Direct water front with the warm bay right at your feet. The most amazing sunsets with a constant breeze and a large deck with comfy chairs to sit in and admire.

The house has all of the comforts of home with the large eat in kitchen and family room - great for game nights and family dinner. There is enough space for the kids to retreat to their rooms for down time. The house is fully stocked for easy cooking.

This Eastham house is a little piece of Heaven. After spending 5 summer vacations in Cape Cod we had determined that Eastham was the best location on the Cape because it is central to everything. Eastham has great proximity to our favorite ocean beaches with the amazing tide swings of the bay. This house accentuates this great part of the Cape. The house sits directly on (above) the bay with perfect views from the deck, kitchen and main room . The stairs from the path adjacent to the house go directly to the beach at low tide or right into the water at high tide. You can walk or float down to Campground Beach or enjoy the privacy of your own little beach. It is the perfect place to view sunset...don't miss low tide sunsets on the deck or walk down to the beach (with cocktail) to enjoy with the local community. The house itself has an amazing and high end kitchen great for enjoying a meal. The rooms are very comfortable and the house is great for both kids and adults. We highly recommend a stay at this beautiful spot on the Cape.
