This ranch-style house is a charming summer retreat with an open living room and dining area, and a kitchen with a counter island with 2 chairs. The enclosed porch has a cathedral ceiling and offers extra living space for relaxation. The small patio area has an outdoor grill & furniture.

This house is 1/2 mile from either Thumpertown or Campground Beach. Ocean Beaches 1 mile.

    Lovely Cottage

    This cottage was amazing for our family! The back yard is perfect for kids and it also is a great space to just hang out. It is also a great central location. I love it here and plan to return next year!

    Great Time!

    We had a great time this past summer at Stefanie and Brad's home. When we first walked in, we were welcomed with a lovely bottle of wine from a local winery. As we got settled, we quickly realized the house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Not only is the house cozy but it also has a very nice fenced in yard. Our nights usually consisted of relaxing on the deck while our dog Lily fully enjoyed the yard. We cannot wait to book our vacation this year again at this home.     Beautiful getaway

    We had a wonderful time here. The yard was beautifully landscaped and just a walk to the nearest beach. Close to all the local restaurants and attractions too. The owners were extremely nice and welcoming. We were impressed by how clean the home was and loved the outdoor shower. We would recommend this vacation rental to anyone needing a break. It was very family friendly and our kids and grandkids stopped by and had a great time as well!

    Great Memories

    This was our second visit to Stephanie and Brad's, and we are looking forward to our next. It feels less like a rental and more like good friends are sharing their charming, vintage home with us. A bottle of wine chilling on arrival, fresh flowers in every room, vegetables from the garden, squirrel antics to watch from the deck in the morning...it's a treasure.

    Great getaway on the Cape!

    Outstanding home close to everything! Very clean and neat. Has everything you'd need for a nice weekend or week away. Hosts were very accommodating. Will likely book again!

    Great property with a wonderful backyard

    My husband and I stayed here for a week in August and it was great. The backyard was awesome, Stefanie has a wonderful garden and has thought of everything you could possibly want that would make your stay that much better. We enjoyed the firepit and covered patio dining set on a nightly basis. We were also able to bring our dog who enjoyed the fenced in backyard. It was a 15 min walk to the bayside beaches but we ended up driving over also to watch the sunsets. show more show less

    Love at first site

    Charming and immaculate. Lovely residential neighborhood. Stephanie welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fresh cut flowers, and invited us to share from her on site vegetable garden. There's not a single amenity that she has not already thought of and we felt more like house guests than tenants. It's hard to pick a favorite memory - curling up with a book in the sunroom, playing board games at the table at night, sipping morning coffee on the deck watching squirrel and chipmunk acrobatics. Super convenient to our usual Cape Cod spots, afternoons on Coast Guard Beach and sunsets at First Encounter. See you next year, Stephanie! show more show less

    I grew up in Nyack,New York on the Hudson River. I loved growing up on the River, and sailing, and boating was a favorite past-time. That was approximately 30 years ago, and since it has changed drastically.

    Now that I have been on the lower Cape for all these years, I couldn't even think about being in a happier place, taking walks on the Beaches, and National park trails, is such a peaceful time.

    I am an avid Gardner, and take much pride in our property.

    What is special about this property?
    Unique retreat with upscale old cape cod cottage. Short walk to bay beach and short drive to ocean beach or Wiley park & pond where you can walk you're dog around the pond and trails. Is only about 1/4 of a mile from the cottage.We have a 4'' picket fence all around the backyard for safety of dogs, toddlers, ect. Also including an outdoor shower. Great gardens and a yard with both flower and vegetables. All of our travelers enjoy the backyard, also with the many birds that visit, and chipmunks running to and fro.
    It is only a short walk from the cottage to the Bay Beach where the water is so warm from the tide flats, and a great place for the little ones at low tide.

    What is special about your town?
    The Cape Cod Bay SUNSETS! Nothing like it! Except,maybe the west coast, but they don't have the sand flats and title pools. And if you are a morning person,SUNRISE at the ocean beach is just as spectacular!

    You can be quiet in Eastham in you're own backyard, or you can go out to Provincetown to some super restaurants, shopping, whale watches,ect. Also short trip to Orleans, for Charter Fishing, kayaking, windsurfing,
