Welcome to Campground Road! This home is freshly decorated and lovingly maintained year round and offers every amenity needed for that memorable family vacation! It is located just 150 yards from Campground Beach, which is perfect for lounging under an umbrella or soaking in the warm rays of the sun while young ones frolic on the tidal flats.

We offer Sunday to Sunday rentals! Accommodating (8) guests, this home boasts just over 2500 sq. feet of living space. The first floor features a master bedroom with a king size bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, a dining room, a formal living room, den, a large eat-in kitchen, and a separate full bath.  A sliding door brings you out on to a spectacular 16x40 deck, wonderful for family meals or just enjoying a glass of wine with friends as you bask in the glow of a setting sun.  There is also an enclosed outdoor shower that is perfect to wash away a day spent at the beach and a hammock to gently sway in as you contemplate nature’s beauty.

The second level has 3 more guest bedrooms and a full bath with tub & shower. The two larger bedrooms on either end of the house have windows on three sides for a great cross sea breeze.  One bedroom has two queen beds, and the other over-sized bedroom has a queen bed and a sitting area. The third bedroom has a queen bed and skylight. There is also a serene sitting area at the top of the landing great for reading a book or checking e-mails.

If the weather is too hot, the house is equipped with central air conditioning to keep you comfortable! Also, just short distances away are many outstanding Eastham restaurants and attractions, several National Seashore beaches, a nostalgic drive-in movie theatre and mini golf.
 
Relax and listen to Cape Cod Bay's soothing call while you take a leisurely stroll to view the spectacular sunset.  This is the vacation you deserve.

For fun activities at this wonderful home there are a basketball hoop and ball, 2 adult sized bikes, golf clubs and beach chairs for your use.

All linens are provided, as well as cable TV, Internet, and staples such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soap and detergent, soap, & trash bags. This is a Pet and Smoke Free Home!

    Great home and location!

    We have been coming down the Cape for a week the last few years and this is by far the best home we have ever rented. The homeowner was great to work with and made the process very easy.

    Location was perfect! 2 minute easy walk to Campground Beach. This beach is perfect for people with small kids and the water is very warm. Plus, we were able to just walk home for lunch. Also, this location is close to some of our favorite restaurants to visit.

    The house was amazing. It was left is perfect clean condition for us. It has a huge deck, outdoor shower and we loved listening to music through the outdoor speakers. The bedrooms were all very large, the beds were comfortable and it had a nice modern clean kitchen.

    Overall, it was a fun week and we would look to rent this house again for sure!     show more show less

    2018 Campground Beach Vacation Home

    We were first time renters at this Campground Beach property. It so perfectly fit the needs of our growing family with children ages 1, 4, 5 and 9, plus adults, that we have already booked 2019.

    We loved the large deck and shaded yard for playtime and mealtime. The formal dining room allowed enough space so everyone could sit at one table. There are 3-piece and 4-piece bathrooms for the whole family. Outdoor hose for quick rinse of toys and chairs and we enjoyed the outside shower too. Living room and family room allow for adult and kid space for TV viewing and games and the living room is spacious enough that we could all be together without being crowded. This vacation home is so well equipped - we lacked nothing! Campground has plenty of beach regardless of the tides and was an easy walk from the house; even for the toddlers! We may have found our forever vacation rental.

    My family and I have been renting in Eastham for the last 10+ summers. Once we found this house (3 years ago), we fell in love. It is perfect if you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable and beautiful house close to the beach. In addition, the home owners are extremely pleasant and very easy to deal with. I would highly recommend this house.

    Amazing vacation home!

    We loved staying so close to Campground Beach. What a unique property - next to the beach, but with excellent amenities, spacious indoors, large deck, backyard, clean home with friendly, responsive owners. Great for families - like a home away from home! We were impressed!

    My family has been vacationing in Eastham since I was a baby. In 1999, my parents decided to move down to the Cape year round, so the old tiny cottage was torn down and the new home built. In 2001, Barb & Russ moved in. A few years later, Barb was diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and passed in 2012. That is why the name of the house is 'Sunset Memories', because we will always remember the sunsets with Mom. I have two wonderful children who love to come down and play on the beach in the summer as well. My brother Jack comes home from California as much as he can to also soak in the East Coast sun! We know that you will love this house as much as we do!

    What is special about this property?
    How wonderful is it to be able to take a short 1 minute walk to the beach to clear your mind, to watch a sunset, to take a walk, to spend time on the beach. Then to be able to come back home for lunch and not have to drive in your car! This home is close to many restaurants and activities. You will never be bored!
