This is a wonderfully spacious four bedroom rental just minutes to Great Pond, First Encounter and Kingsbury Beaches. Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches are also minutes away. The Rail Trail, the Cape`s 22+ mile bike Trail, can be accessed from the privacy of the property. Go almost anywhere on the Cape right from the bike path!

This home features a large family room with a 50” Flat-screen TV and with plenty of space to lounge. The kitchen, dining room, and living room have an open floor plan. The living room has a 42” Flat-screen TV. The four bedrooms are comfortable and each a good size. The first floor has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and one with two Twin beds. The second floor has two bedrooms as well. The master bedroom has a King bed, and the 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor has two double beds. A bathroom on each floor rounds out the great layout of this rental. The furnished back deck is spacious and looks out onto a large natural yard and access to the Bike Trail. There is a gas grill for summer barbecues and an enclosed outdoor shower, great for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The house also has HVAC units and WiFi access for your convenience and comfort.

Popular Great Pond is only a half a mile away, and just 1.5 miles away is Cape Cod Bay at Kingsbury Beach. A great rental at a great rate!

    The perfect place to stay at the Cape! We have rented a number of cottages over the years and this was the best by far. There was plenty of room to spread out and be with the grand kids (or get away!), plenty of room for family dinners and relaxing, comfortable furnishings throughout. Outside deck was a great place to relax and the location for First Encounter Beach and Wiley Pond was excellent. The house is clean and attractive and Maia was a pleasure to deal with. Already planning our stay for next year! show more show less

    I have owed this home since 2014 and have rented ever since. Renting myself for many years I have endeavored to make your stay as welcoming as possible. Though my main residence is in NJ, I am easily reached during your stay. Please feel free to contact me with any questions.

    What is special about this property?
    One of the reasons I purchased this home in Eastham is for its easy access to the Rail Trail (bike trail). The Rail Trail is easily accessed from the property but the home is so private you can not see the house from the trail. I also love the beaches in Eastham. Coast Guard, Nauset Light (ocean side), and First Encounter (bay side) are lovely beaches with uniquely picturesque and welcoming beauty. Young kids love First Encounter for the warm water and sand bars. While the ocean side waves and beaches are absolutely amazing.

    What is special about your town?
    Eastham is also central to most outer cape towns. Orleans and Wellfleet are Eastham's neighbors.
