They have had the home completely painted, replaced all the floors, updated the bathrooms, installed a brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and appliances, added some new beds, bedding and furniture, and supplied new dishes, pots, pans and décor!

Want to walk to the beach barefoot? Forget something or want lunch? No problem, your only a 5 min. walk back to the house. You're on vacation, and it doesn't get much better then this! Welcome home, you'll be happy here.

    Great House - Great Spot!

    Our family enjoyed a lovely extended vacation at Sandy Point this summer. The house is in a great location - only a 5 minute walk down to the private beach on the bayside. It is stocked with anything you will need - from all of the kitchen accessories, to beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and even a cart to carry it all in! The deck is a wonderful space to enjoy quiet morning coffee, or a spot to relax while grilling dinner.

    The neighborhood is very quiet and very friendly. The new outdoor shower is lovely, and the A/C units keep the house a nice comfortable temperature after a long day on the beach!

    Mallary was fantastic to work with - both before arriving and during our entire stay. She was very attentive to how our vacation was going, and communicated important information to us promptly.

    My husband and I live in the mountains of Colorado. I am a native of Denver, Colorado and my husband is from southern Vermont. We have always talked about spending a portion of the year on the East coast to be able to spend more time with his family. We are finally at a stage in our lives where we are able to purchase a beach house that can be an income property and vacation home for us.     What is special about this property?
    So many things make this property special!
    1) A peaceful 5 min walk directly from our home takes you to the Private Beach Access!
    2) The home was fully renovated in 2019 which includes new Kitchen and Baths and so much more!
    3) A brand new outdoor shower was completed March of 2023! (pictures to be added)
    4) New ductless air conditioning splits were installed in EVERY ROOM March 2023!
