You will love this 4 bedroom, renovated home that feels brand new inside. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms and full bath along with the kitchen and dining room. There is also a large deck with a grill and furniture for outdoor dining. Downstairs is one more bedroom, 1/2 bath and outdoor shower along with a large living room and laundry room.

The new owners have really gone above and beyond to appeal to the families who want a NICE vacation home in a FABULOUS location. They have had the home completely painted, replaced all the floors, updated the bathrooms, installed a brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and appliances, added some new beds, bedding and furniture, and supplied new dishes, pots, pans and decor!

Want to walk to the beach barefoot? Forget something or want lunch? No problem, your only a 5 min. walk back to the house. You're on vacation, and it doesn't get much better then this! Welcome home, you'll be happy here.
