Great place to experience Cape Cod

The house is lovely and we so enjoyed the location and view of the tidal marsh. We walked to ponds and the bay beach, floated on the river at First Encounter, biked to Rock Harbor and its a quick car ride into Orleans to shop. The house is very well stocked from paper goods to beach supplies. We appreciated the comfortable beds, updated electronics and cleanliness. Jac was attentive and communications around rental agreement and entry to the house were easy and timely. This home offers the best of a Cape Cod vacation. Looking forward to staying here again. show more show less

My husband and I, along with our extended family spent a wonderful week at this beautiful house on the Marsh. It was confortable and very well supplied with everything we might need. Jac could not have been more accommodating, not only during the process of gathering information and booking but throughout our entire visit.

I would say that the website description is very accurate in terms of accommodations. We were seven adults and one child so not the optimal situation for sleeping comfort, but such a small drawback given all of the other amazing aspects of this property.

The view over the marsh is amazing and we had the added bonus of being there during a full moon to see how far in the tide came. We all love Eastham and this cottage couldn't represent it better.

Great House in a Great Location

We had a wonderful time staying at the house in Eastham. The house was very comfortable and had amazing views of the marsh and First Encounter beach. The location is probably the best in Eastham - a short bike ride or walk to the beach, close to the bike trail and even just a short drive to the National Seashore beaches. The new back deck is phenomenal and where we spent most of our time at the house. Highly recommend!

    Gorgeous!

This June we enjoyed our second stay at this charming home with a stunning view. The new deck is so big that we played corn hole on it! We also love the location: close to the bike trail, several beaches and ponds, as well as the Superette. The house is stocked with games, beach chairs, carts, and coolers. We love it here.

    Wonderful house and location

You can't beat the location of this house, overlooking wetlands and near some of the great beaches in Cape Cod, as well as the bicyclists' rail trail. The house is newly redone, so all the appliances work very well. It's great for living, entertaining and relaxing. The homeowners are super friendly and ready to help with any problem -- not that we had any.

Jac & Carol live locally here on Cape Cod where they raised their four children and have lived in Eastham the past 12 years. All that Eastham has to offer we can pass on to you ! Call us with any questions.

What is special about this property?
You will feel the stress melt away when you step out on the back deck overlooking a ever changing marsh views. Now you know your on vacation. A renovation was just completed and it is a treasure to behold.

What is special about your town?
Eastham is the gateway to the Cape Cod National Seashore, which was created in the 1960s to protect the sheltering dunes and beautiful coastline. Eastham has two ocean beaches, Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach, which mark the beginning of a 30-mile beach stretching to Provincetown along with numerous Bay beaches and many ponds for boating, swimming and fishing. Our property is located near the Cape Cod Rail Trail, a beautiful paved trail to walk or ride bikes that winds through many towns on Cape Cod.
