This bayside ranch-style beach house has a bright and open kitchen – dining – living room area with new kitchen appliances, Boston Interior furnishings and all the amenities including a Sony OLED 55 inch TV. One floor living with a nice den/office area (with a full-sized pullout sofa) that has access through sliding glass doors to the back deck and outside areas. Off the deck there is access to a lower-level bonus room with a couch, game table, 65 inch TV, and a bathroom with a shower. This home has an enclosed outside shower, new deck furniture and gas grill for BBQ’s. There is a lovely seashell fire pit area with a solo stove for quiet evenings by the fire and star gazing! Spend the day outdoors enjoying the beach, paddle boarding, kayaking, and beautiful sunsets over Cape Cod Bay. From the deck, relax and take in the salt air! This homeowner does not allow pets.
