My family of six loved your lovely home. It was perfect for our size with plenty of room to spread out both inside and outdoors. Each room was warm and comfortable. I especially was grateful for all of the instructions for tv and air conditioning, as well as all appliances. And the grandkids loved the outside toys and inside games. Your location is also lovely, as it is an easy walk to the beach where the kids swam and walked forever at low tide. I loved the privacy and sometimes was the only person there for the beautiful sunsets. They filled me with awe. I know that you did not control the weather but we had only one rainy day in the two weeks we were there. so lucky!

Wonderful stay at the Cape. House has everything a family needs to enjoy a Cape vacation.

Great home in terrific location. We enjoyed our week in your beautiful home. Rooms were large enough for ourselves and our 3 children. Loved the 2 decks, the yard and outdoor space. We will certainly consider it again next year.

This well appointed cottage with a great outdoor space and outdoor shower was perfect for a low key Cape vacation! Everything you need to cook in or have take out, great location, and thoughtful touches like games & books provided.

We were fortunate enough to stay at this beautiful home again this year for our family vacation. We felt confident based on our outstanding experience staying at the home the previous summer that we would be comfortable in this immaculate, comfortable and well equipped home. Due to the pandemic, we expected and planned to spend more time at the house for meals, and this house has all you need in the kitchen. The kids loved playing in the yard during our down time from visiting the private beach just a short walk down the road. The central AC kept us comfortable during the humid days, and we ate our meals outside on the spacious deck. We will be return renters next year and hopefully many to come. show more show less

We loved our stay here. It was very clean, well-equipped, great decks and yard, and the location is amazing. Just a few minutes walk to the beach!

My family stayed at this perfect Eastham bay side home for a week in July 2019. We have been vacationing in Eastham for nearly 10 years now and this was one of our top rentals. The house was extremely comfortable and well equipped for our family. Our children aged 5 and 8 enjoyed the close proximity to the private bay beach where we could easily walk to enjoy the warm bay water. The kids enjoyed using the generously provided beach toys, video game systems and board games. The kitchen was well equipped and the nice gas grill allowed us to enjoy grilled meals out doors at the table on the spacious deck. The washer and dryer are a nice touch for a busy and active family! The outdoor shower was big hit with my kids and kept the house sand free! Our family biked around the quiet neighborhood near Campground beach and also drove our bikes over a short distance to utilize the Cape Cod Rail Trail.
