The second floor has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen, the other with a double and twin, plus 2 ductless A/C units and a newly renovated full bath. A great location with the bike path only .3 miles to the west and Nauset Light Beach on the Atlantic a short 1.3 miles east. Just beautiful!
