The house was great for a large group of adults and children. Enough room to all be together, but still have privacy. All rooms are large. To have four showers was very convenient. A close drive (or walk) to the beach was perfect. No frills, but just what was needed for a family weekend away! Thanks Andy!

With six bedrooms, three baths, big living rooms, large yard/play area, this house is ideal for an extended family vacation. Great location with beach within walking distance and just a five minute drive to Route 28. We have stayed here on several occasions. Highly recommended.

Andy was incredibly responsive, very clean house, easy walk to the beach for all ages. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family of 15 have stayed here for the third year. We love this home. Andy has done a great job of making this a home for large families. My grandchildren love the play area he has out back of the house. With two decks near the play area we spend lots of time outside. The house is very clean and has everything you need. We will be going back in 2020.

Andy is very accommodating and professional. This place is clean, affordable and spacious.

We have been renting this house for over 10 years. Our adult children love it, our grandchildren love it, and our great granddaughter can't wait for this summer when we return. The house holds all 14-16 of us very comfortably. With both an inside and outside deck, a family area and living room, there is plenty of room for all age levels. We love being able to walk to the beach.

Andy is a great landlord and always has new things to enjoy. The younger kids love the swing set, the older ones like to be able to walk to the store, and the adults love the quiet neighborhood. It is the perfect place for all of us to celebrate our large family. We can't wait to return this August. show more show less

Perfect for large families, great location.
We found this place 4 years ago while trying to accommodate our growing family. We have been returning ever since. First of all, Andy, the owner is a great guy. He is approachable and always making sure that everything is just right. There are kids toys, kayaks moored down in the cove for use and bicycles. Very close to the beach, where we end up almost every night for the view of the sunset. Huge open floor plan, fully stocked with kitchen goods for cooking in house. Have stayed here for the last 4 years. I have a large family, (4 daughters, 7 grandchildren, and spouses), and we have plenty of room. The house is well furnished and the owner is VERY accommodating.

High points for me are; walking distance to a quiet beach, plenty of parking at the house, large lot for the kids to play, 2 refrigerators, chairs and wagons to get our stuff to the beach, kayaks (4), and a comfortable place for us to stay.

Fantastic rental!
This house has EVERYTHING!! The house is very spacious and has it all including beach chairs, coolers and beach wagons. It is in the perfect location with the beach right around the corner. There are some great restaurants nearby and mini golf. We have rented many times on Cape Cod and were so impressed with this rental. Andy, the owner, was a pleasure to deal. I can't wait to go back.
