Our house is a perfect spot to use a sunfish, kayak, rowboat and paddleboard. You can launch them directly across the street. If you like to fish or clam, there is plenty of action in the bay.

This property is located in a quiet, family-friendly, walking and biking neighborhood. Here you can enjoy the many activities of a relaxed Cape Cod summer.

At the end of the day, rinse off the salt in the outdoor hot/cold shower, then grill on the stone patio while watching the sunset on the water. Relax on the expansive front porch with the evening breeze and watch the boats traveling to and from the Islands of Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard.

    Dream Vacation

    This home is perfectly set across from the water where you start your day sipping coffee from the porch gazing at the water as you watch Lewis Bay awake. It is tucked into a quaint community where you feel the love of neighbor with a kind wave, nod of the head or daily greeting. Just a walk from private beaches it is the absolute perfect, peaceful escape. Yet, restaurants and a beautiful Church, Saint Pius, are just a stone's throw away. This beach front property will exceed your expectations and provide you with the perfectly placed, peaceful retreat from your daily life.     Wonderful Location

    Great location across the street from beautiful Sunsets. The owner was very easy to communicate with and had done a wonderful job renovating the house. Easy access across the street to drop in paddle boards and kayaks or walk down the street to a beach with a swingset for the kids.

    Waterfront Gem!

    This home was stunning and an ideal location for a group of 5 adults and 1 infant looking for quiet relaxation and quick access to beaches and towns. The home has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to cook and even bake! The outdoor shower was glorious and a great way to unwind after a day at the beach.

    There were 3 small beaches within walking distance of the house and Colonial Acres Beach is within biking distance. Seagull Beach is a 10 minute drive. Those were just the beaches that we went to, but I know there are many others within a 10-15 minute drive to choose from. The front porch and yard provided spectacular views of the bay and we were able to watch the ferries go back and forth. We were fortunate to be able to watch some sailboat races as well!

    The neighborhood was fantastic and everyone we encountered was friendly. Mike and Gatia were very responsive to any questions we had, responding within the hour. We had a minor AC issue downstairs upon arrival that was resolved within 24 hours. Mike and Gatia were very easy to talk to and work with throughout the whole rental process. You can tell they have put much time and energy into restoring this beautiful home.

    Our family takes special pride in our special property! This property is new to us and we are excited having just completed beautiful updates. The property has had a long history of summer rentals, but was rented mostly by word of mouth in the past. Therefore, it has just a few reviews to date. That is quickly changing as our guests are having great stays and are starting to fill up our review box! Thank you for your kind complements!!

    What is special about this property?
    The views, water access and convenience make this an amazing location. The picturesque sunsets and easy boat launching on the bay couldn't be more convenient. The friendly, quiet neighborhood with easy access to everything on the Cape makes it a super easy and fun stay!

    Located in a neighborhood of few rentals and mostly quaint summer homes creates a super relaxing environment. Fantastic walking and biking abound throughout our small quiet neighborhood streets. The cottage is just steps to a small private beach which is perfect for children. Other brief walks lead you to larger beaches, boat launch and playground.

    Warm shallow waters of Lewis Bay which are typically in high 70-80 range make swimming truly enjoyable.

    What is special about your town?
    West Yarmouth and Yarmouth have a plethora of attractions. There are many beaches/ parks, museums, mini golf, children's activity centers, restaurants and shopping abound. Hyannis which is the town next door is minutes away and hosts restaurants, museums, shopping, fishing and boat trips. The ferries to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket are located in Hyannis Harbor so a day trip there is super easy.

    This property is minutes from all the activities any family or group would need yet nestled in a small, relaxing seaside neighborhood.
