Nestled in the dune and close to a private association beach on Cape Cod Bay, this ranch is the perfect beach house. The main level (upstairs) has a large kitchen/living/dining room with fireplace and sliders to the deck. The en suite master bedroom with queen bed is on this main floor. The lower level has two bedrooms ~ one with a double and another with two twins. Also on this lower level is a large family room with a TV, A/C unit, 2 double size futons, fireplace and sliders to a patio. Split A/C System new in 2019. Washer/Dryer/Wireless Internet. NO Pets Accepted.

Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rent: $3900 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee * State and Local Tax Apply * $70 Vacation Rental Damage Coverage Fee OR $600 Security Deposit. Off season negotiable.
