On the oceanside of Eastham near Coast Guard Beach is this spacious four-bedroom and three-bathroom home with air conditioning. This home has a living room, an eat-in kitchen and a formal dining room. There are two bedrooms on the main floor - one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. There is a shared full bathroom with a tub/shower combo in the hallway just outside of these bedrooms. Upstairs, there are two large bedrooms – a king bed and seating area in one room and two twins with a seating or play area in the fourth bedroom. There is a shared full bath in the hallway between these two bedrooms.

Downstairs on the lower level is a bonus den area with a large screen TV for watching movies or playing games. An office area is on the other side of this room along with a bathroom and laundry room. This lower level has two doors to walk out to the back of this home.

The private backyard is a wonderful place to kick a ball around, play corn hole or sit by the fire pit under the stars after a day at the beach!
