Stayed at Bass River Breeze for a week in beautiful September.
The home was absolutely spotless. It jumped out at you when you walked in the door. The attention to detail was awesome. Loved the covered porch in the front of the home for morning coffee. A cozy spot for relaxing. Great outdoor shower. Super comfortable beds. The back yard is very private. Plenty of room for dining & relaxing.
We walked to the Crazy Rooster for a great breakfast. Reasonable prices and immaculate too. Laurie was great to deal with. Would absolutely rent again!! show more show less

My family and I stay here every year and I can not say enough good things about this property. First off, this house is the most adorable Cape Cod Cottage you will find. There are so many charming details throughout the home that really immerse you in Cape Cod culture. The homeowners are meticulously clean and the entire house is always spotless upon our arrival. We love how centrally located this property is to the beaches without being on a main road with all the traffic. You even get a peek at the Bass River from the bench swing in the front yard! My family especially loves the big fenced in back yard where the kids can play after a day at the beach and then hit the outdoor shower. We stayed here in August 2021 and are already booked to come back for the same week next year. The house is spotless and perfect for families. The Kitchen amenities were perfect for what we needed and very clean. I have never stayed in a rented house that was this clean before. The outdoor shower has hot and cold running water and is great for cleaning up after the beach. We didn't even use the indoor shower! We loved being able to stay up later in the sunken down living room while the kids could sleep on the other side of the house. The location was perfect and the house is on a very quiet road off the main road, which was nice for when my boys wanted to run around the yard. We had never stayed in this part of the Cape before, but we enjoyed it immensely and hardly ever experienced traffic, We are very much looking forward to staying there again!

We are a family of five who rented this home for the past two summers. It is a beautifully decorated Cape house that feels like home for a week. Our kids are 10, 5 and 7. The home is clean, spacious and fits us comfortably for a relaxing vacation. The bedrooms have plenty of storage space for clothes and belongings. Our favorite part is the second living room that is far enough form the bedrooms, so the adults can relax while the kids are asleep. The outdoor space is completely fenced in, so the kids can go out and play without worries. The outdoor shower is immaculate and private, we all prefer to use that over showering inside. The laundry is in the basement which is a must for us. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything and everything you may need to cook a meal or enjoy a meal. The home is close to multiple beaches, and we find ourselves going to different ones throughout the week. The home is close to Dennis and our favorite beach is Mayflower, which tales about 15 minutes. Second to Mayflower, we love going to Smugglers right in Yarmouth, There is plenty to do for kids close by - mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, inflatable park. We love this house so much. It checks off all of the boxes for our vacation needs. show more show less

My family and I have stayed at this property for two years and are returning for our third time this summer in 2022. The home is beautifully furnished and very clean with a lot of updates. One of our favorite features is the outdoor shower. We are a family of four and there is plenty of room for us to spread out if we need to. The home is also in a great location, close to the Bass River as well as beaches, restaurants, mini gold, ice cream, etc. There's a lot to do close by with children. The owners also have great communication with us prior to checking in, which is very helpful. We hope to return every summer! show more show less

have been renting this home for several years. It is beautifully decorated , exceptionally clean and in a fantastic location. The home is beyond comfortable and has an outdoor patio and an outdoor shower like no other. Large eat in kitchen. We look forward to our week here year after year. You're going to love it !

We have vacationed the last two summers at Laurie and Paul's and are excited to visit again next year. The house reflects the love of its owners, who ensure it's comfortable while being beautifully decorated. It's everything you'll see from the pictures and more. We love having the flexibility of the two living rooms to relax in, and the fenced yard allows us the comfort of having kids outdoors without worry. The bedrooms are spacious to accommodate up to six people, so perfect for a family. You'll never want to bathe indoors with the great outdoor shower.
